Hôtel bien situé mais prestations trop justes

L’endroit en plein centre-ville. La grande chambre de qualité et sa propreté.

Le côté café bar restauration rapide réelle de l’établissement plus que la partie hôtel. Pas de climatisation professionnelle réelle, juste un climatiseur mobile d’appoint , insuffisant en période chaude. Le petit déjeuner rationné : 1 boisson chaude et un gâteau seulement.Le parking public situe à 400m de l’hôtel.

Sistemazione top per visitare Ulma!

Posizione centralissima, accanto alla meravigliosa Cattedrale. Camera moderna e pulita, curata nei minimi dettagli. Una coccola in più con amaretti e lecca lecca per i bimbi. Il bistrot al piano terra è una chicca, i cornetti per la colazione sono molto buoni e lo staff è sempre disponibile. Super consigliato!! :)

Unica pecca i cuscini, un po’ troppo “molli”.

Too much emphasis on being boutique-y and not enough on comfort.

The location, right next to the Minster was great. The morning coffee and croissant were nice to have included. The bathroom was good.

There was not adequate A/C--just a stand unit that never did cool the room enough to sleep comfortably. We travel as a couple and there was only one chair, which meant that someone had to use the bed as a chair. We knew there wasn't on-site parking, but that was a disadvantage. No option for hot tea in the room.

Ideal für ein verlängertes Wochenende

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, direkt am Münsterplatz. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, viel Platz für Kleidung im Schrank. Im Zimmer wird Mineralwasser und eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück frisch und köstlich. Das Frühstück wird im dazugehörigen Café Spresso serviert. Auf Kosten des Hauses gibt es ein Cornetto sowie ein Warmgetränk. Die Karte bietet weitere zahlreiche Ergänzungen zum Frühstück. Der Kaffee war sehr gut! Besonders schön war der Blick auf das Ulmer Münster und den Marktplatz.

Das Zimmer ist trotz geschlossener Fenster sehr hellhörig. Man hört die Schritte von den Bewohnern darüber sehr laut. Dafür werden aber Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung gestellt :-). Ist nur ein Hinweis, keine Kritik. Die fantastische Lage und der Komfort überwiegen.

Super Lage und freundliches Personal.

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht wirklich stimmig. Alles in allem passabel, aber unseres Erachtens etwas zu teuer.

Tolle Lage, schönes Zimmer

Zimmer Nr.7 hat hohe Spitzdecken und daher bestimmt nicht ganz einfach zu reinigen. Jedoch wenn die Leuchte direkt im Giebel eingeschaltet ist, sieht man sehr viele eingestaubte Spinnweben.

Lovely place in the heart of the city..

The central location was perfect for exploring Ulm. We stayed in the attic room, which was beautiful and spacious with a great view of the Dom. Bed was super comfortable. Staff were very friendly on arrival and throughout, we also got breakfast at the cafe below which was super.

Fantastic location, nice staff, big and comfortable room

Very nice location in front of the cathedral. Staff was very kind and smiling. The room is big with good comfort of the bed. Very nice the free capsule coffee and sparkling water

The room had a not very nice smell coming from the system of the pipes of the bathroom. They should try to do something to solve it.

Trendy small hotel, nice location

Very warm welcome by Lilith, nice location in the center of Ulm. Room was luxurious and nicely decorated with eye for details. comfortable bathroom.

We had bad luck with the people from the room above us as they walked around for hours, it was very disturbing, we heard it very wel and their baby was crying for hours. So unfortunately not a good and refreshing night’s rest.

Great place to stay in Ulm

The room was spacious, with modern facilities and a nice compliment – a bar of chocolate. You can find a bottle of water and a coffee machine in the room. For me, an unexpected bonus was a Dyson hairdryer. The staff is friendly and nice. Be aware that check-in is in the SPRESSO Caffébart downstairs.
