The way the flat is set up is amazing . It has all the facilities that you need .
I’m not smoker and the property states no smoking but there where people flat above that where smoking . Very noisy at night and would not recommend for someone travelling for work . The flat was very dirty , towels were stained . Had to go buy some . So not understand the concept of £100 deposit .

Location only good thing
Paid for balcony they lost the keys so that’s was out of use.
Did not provide fans as it was very hot inside and also stains on the bed and pillows/ sheets and the place was not cleaned at all

Stayed two nights, very good property for the money. I like Mr Mokhtar and his wellness to help
The Internet and shower are not good

Great locations and property was spotless clean and tidy! Staff were really welcoming and happy to help
Lifts were a little slow causing some queueing but that’s not too much of an issue

When we went to reception we were informed that our booking had been cancelled as booking.con had priced the apartment wrong. We were not offered the option to make up the difference in price or offered other accommodation. We had to return home and travel back the following day for the wedding we were attending.

Unfortunately, there was nothing to call out as a like, there were too many issues. The receptionist was polite, but slow at booking us in.
The apartment did not match the pictures advertised on booking.com. There was no coffee machine, as advertised, and I had to purchase coffee from the shop below the apartments at 9.45pm. The fridge smelt rancid, there was no tea towel to dry our coffee cups with, there was no dining table as advertised, instead we had a cheap nasty shelf that was angled so badly off the wall you were afraid to put anything on it, in case it fell down. The whole apartment was dirty, there was no headboards on the beds therefore the walls were greasy from peoples heads. The plugs were behind the beds so they had to be pulled forward to plug our phones in etc. There were no side tables or shelves by the beds to put phones or even a glass of water on. I brought one of the stools from the kitchen in to put my bits on. There is nowhere to hang clothes, again I hung them over a stool from the kitchen. The blinds in every room were broken with slats missing. The bathrooms were all nasty with mouldy areas and water stains that had not been cleaned away. The sofa had cushions missing so we could not sit in and watch a film in comfort as a family. The whole apartment smelt damp, and the whole building smelt of weed, I would not want to stay there with a young family. Our apartment looked over the NCP carpark, where joy riders spent half the night racing around with load exhausts roaring on their cars, worse nights sleep ever. The funny thing about it, is we had to give £100 deposit to the receptionist upon arrival in case of damages. However there was nothing in the apartment that was worth £100, I was concerned that I may not of received my deposit back due to firm wording in the booking in email, and having read other reviews after my stay, so I was pleased that we did receive this back a few days later.

nothing, rabbiush people
an hour before arrival I found out that the apartment was given to someone else and Dalinam to another one and far from the center, when I thought that we had agreed with the owner that he would take us to the center, he did not come. I was looking for a place in the center so as not to have additional fees, and they booked 2 people for one date and cheated us. the second place was not finished and there were only mattresses on the ground. I don't recommend it... it was supposed to be a nice trip and they ruined our entire stay.

Location is v good with grocery shops next-door and across the road, town centre within walking distance, many food places nearby.
Parking at 2 mins walk
Rooms sizes are OK, kitchen has washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, iron ironing board
Cleanliness was v poor, dust all around, stains, on sofa, bathroom floor tiles dirty, appreciate they can be steam cleaned after each stay, best to cover the floor with liner, and that would help to clean it and keep it clean.
No wardrobes, fitted clothes rail and hanger easily breaks as it attached to soft stud wall.
My sister had a room with electric socket broken, big hazard with kids.
Sorry but unfortunately the negatives then outweigh the positives. Sort these few things and the ratings will shoot up

Beds were clean and comfy and flat was clean
Bed was comfortable but the generator outside on the wall of apartment was humming so took a while to fall asleep and one of the bedrooms had no blinds or curtains so couldn't change clothes or got woken up by sunlight very early' also as we had 4 people stay there were only 2 big towels and 2very sml towels to dry with and the smell of weed was lingering in hall ways.

It was way too hot in the rooms and it was really uncomfortable to sleep in or spend the day in. There wasn’t any air conditioning so it was impossible to cool the room down.

How can I answer this question when I didn’t even get to stay? They rang me at 7pm on Saturday night saying that “booking.com must have sent us the wrong booking because we have a one bedroom with a sofa couch but did you book a 2 bedroom apartment?” First off they did know I had a 2 bedroom otherwise why would they bother asking me they must have double booked. When I said that we would take the smaller apartment but with a discounted price he replied with “oh we can’t do that we will have to cancel the room” this was when we were already in Leicester for the night we were staying. He said that he would ring booking.com and get it sorted and get back to me. That never happened. That was after he had already hung up on me. Not only that when I rang booking.com to sort it, they said that they would contact the accommodation and if they couldn’t get it sorted then they would find us a place to stay and would ring us back within half an hour. That was a 9pm Saturday night. It is now 6am Monday morning and I have not received a call from anyone, I had a national T20 final on Sunday and had to sleep in my car Saturday night with 3 other people before the game because I had no accommodation. So there was nothing I liked. And when I said please don’t cancel he said that he had to because I wasn’t getting the room I wanted and he didn’t want a bad review. So here you so sir, you got it anyway.
The service was absolutely shocking and I can’t say anything about the apartment because I never even got to see it.

Nothing!!
Firstly!!!we couldn't get through the main door, using the code given. Someone let us in that happened to live there.. The building seems like a living complex, and an apartment is rented out to hire.
Second problem: no-one was at the reception desk and looked like no one was ever there.. No other staff around either. The number I had to use for the site carer refused to answer the phone.. we tried several times and text. Another random person tried too and no help.
Once we did find another number this bloke was put somewhere on a day off and rang someone else for us.. The person rang back and was on holiday in France!! He very Kindly directed us to the right floor and room. Also given instructions that keys should be on table in apartment and to walk straight in....ring him back when we are in..
Happily we wonder upstairs, find room and open door.... It is disgusting!! No other words can describe I don't feel.. the beds had been used or had sex in...
There were helium canisters all over kitchen side..balloons all of the floor.. bin over flowing with McDonald's rubbish and god knows what else..
Ther walls were all covered in an unknown substance..the floors were littered
The bathrooms...I won't even discuss..see the pictures.
We rang the guy back, he was apologetic and offered another room or a refund..
We left and still awaiting my refund!!

Spacious, clean, and modern apartment great value for money.
The kitchen was well stocked, saved money by preparing our meals rather than takeaway. Would have been nice to have a microwave.
The water supply to the room was cut off even after we paid for a late checkout.
Parking and late checkout charges even if it was only by an hour.

Place was very clean and on point

Location was good
The property was nothing like advertised. A lack of decor inside the property.
All lights in there had no shades, just a bulb in the centre of the room, which meant the property lacked any cosiness or ambience in the evening.
The only mirror in the property is in the bathroom and an issue when trying to get ready for a night out.
The place is advertised as having sky TV, when in actual fact it didn't even have WiFi. The vendor did tell us that we could get Netflix through the TV, but with no WiFi, NOTHING can be connected to it. There was a hole in the wall by the socket the TV was plugged into, showing wires behind it.
Every day around 4pm, the whole building, not just our apartment, loses water pressure and therefore we got left without water for a few hours. Obviously not ideal when getting a shower before going out.
In the bedroom, apart from just one exposed bulb in the room, there was no wardrobe to hang any clothes, so we ended up living out of our suitcases.
The shower had one small shower head, but was missing the main shower head.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would

Moktar who handed us the keys after phoning him seemed to be managing the place on his own. He was helpful and approachable everytime we phoned him with to report issues.
The water supply was on and off and with low pressure. Absolutely unacceptable.
Property had a stuffy smell
