Wunderschöne, sehr saubere Zimmer, Gemeinschaftsräume und tolle Küche. Parkplatz vorhanden.
Badezimmer mit toller Dusche.
Sehr komfortable Betten.

Rien .

The layout of the guest house and the interaction with the owners Pascal and Gillian. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend if you are visiting Dublin, Ireland.
There was very little we did not like about the place it was near perfect, however just the left turn to get onto the property we missed a few times. Next time we will use the ericode.

uitgebreid ontbijt, flexibiliteit om zelf de tijden te kiezen

Looking for a clean, comfortable vfm stop, but it far exceeded that.

Die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers.
Die Möglichkeit selbst Speisen zuzubereiten.
Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Communal kitchen was great .
Personal fridge and cupboard.
Loved the lack of neighbours
Bed was seriously comfy .
Gillian was very helpful and very quick to fix a few tiny niggles , but nothing of any big importance
The only thing for us was getting out of the property.
The oncoming traffic goes very fast .
But we now live in a village in Cyprus, so anything moving at any speed was going to take some getting used to 😊

Beautiful house and very comfortable. Having access to a kitchen was a massive bonus.
Everything was perfect.

A well appointed facility in a quiet, rural setting. Easy to drive to the train station for trips to Dublin and easy access to major highways.
Nothing. Everything was great

It was room only though the host provided a private fridge and cupboard in the kitchen, with full use of kitchen facilities..the host was kind enough to provide food essentials and goodies in our fridge.
The hosts were wonderful welcoming people and nothing was too much bother for them. They were a wealth of information regarding surrounding areas to visit and places to eat.
It was total luxury for the 4 days we were there and the rooms were so big and luxury carpet throughout..best accommodation I have ever been in..
Nothing could have made this visit better as it simply ticked all the boxes we were looking for. Will most definitely return here in the future.

It was absolutely a lovely experience staying in mount Barker. From its location to the lovely way it's built , the friendly owner , to the way it's creatively designed for both beauty and comfort for its inhale, 10 on 10 . A. Great value for money. A little away from the main city but absolutely worth it.

We had a wonderful room with a very comfortable bed, a great bathroom with a shower with proper water pressure (we've experienced otherwise in Ireland...). Fully stocked common kitchen with your own fridge and cupboard.
Nice common area's with tables and chairs downstairs and sofa's upstairs.
Not something that could be better, but more a note: the bus stop around the corner doesn't see many busses a day. Use your own car or be prepared to pay for taxi's.
When using your own car to get to the Dublin City Center, you can park for a few euro a day at the Malahide trainstation and buy tickets from the machine there to pay for parking and use the DART to the city center and back.

Everything was really cozy, of excellent quality (those fluffy towels!), and very clean. The house is well-organized and everything is in its place. It is evident that a lot of thought has been put into making this into as welcoming and easy-to-stay-in place as possible.
After traveling a fair bit I've never stayed in a nicer home than this one.
Gillian was a welcoming and friendly host who went out of her way to make us feel at home!
If you travel by public transport: be aware that for about 15-20 meters you'll need to walk on the shoulder of a busy road to reach the BnB (when coming from Hearse Road (this is what the bus stop is called in the announcements on the bus)/Lissenhall Green (name of the stop used on Google Maps)). There is no footpath.
Walking next to the road is okay during the day but feels unsafe at night. We used our phones' flashlights to make sure cars are aware of our presence.
The host advises to take a cab the first time you come there. I recommend the same, especially if you arrive after dark.

Purpose designed B&B with quiet seperated rooms and well equiped kitchen including separate half fridge for each room. Very clean and comfortable and well positioned to road network for eacy access to dublin and surrounds. Window and other flower pots were stunnning.
No complaints.

This house is the best we have ever stayed in 😁
Exceptional in every way possible.. Host was welcoming.. Grounds were beautiful and well kept.. House is absolutely spotless and facilities are excellent, guest's have a kitchen where they can make their own food, if they want.. Each room has a fridge and kitchen cupboard for their own food, a welcome pack of essential foods is left in the fridge... Owner's have thought of absolutely everything here..Large bedroom and bathroom in the terrace room we stayed in, towels were really soft.. Bed was very comfortable too
Location was good for us as we had a vehicle... We would recommend this home to anyone who coming to the Swords area..

Gillian and Paschal's guest house was a dream. The rooms are lovingly decorated and have a terrace.
The location is also excellent. The guest house is located a little outside of Dublin, but you can easily reach everything by car.
Gillian and Paschal are incredibly great hosts and do everything to make you feel at home. The stay was a real highlight for my parents.

spacious and comfortable with excellent kitchen facility. very hospitable and knowledgeable host and beautiful rooms and grounds.

So many different options were in our fridge for the morning, we didn't go hungry! The host Gillian is kind beyond words, we really felt welcomed by her, and she has put so much of herself into the beautiful house. (Tip- check out her paintings all over (: ) Super clean and very well maintained, Lovely grounds and trees around, VERY comfortable beds, we slept very well! Easy to grab a 2euro bus into Dublin or taxi - about 30euros. Great Location!
We didn't like that we had to leave so soon!

Pleasant atmosphere in the B@B, wonderful hosts, clean and tidy facility. Many options to iit the neighbouring citicies and feel the spirit of Ireland .
All was fine, I enjiyed in this trip.

Gillian and Paschal were such kind and warmhearted hosts.

Great furnishings, great taste. Beautiful house. Wonderful hosts

A quiet place.
The owner, Gillian, was so kind and friendly.
The big room.
The price. The city center is very expensive.
It was easy to reach the center by bus from Swords. Gillian drove us every morning and we came back with the 41and then 5 min taxi ( +/- 10-12 euros ) even late at night

The location was a bit remote, but the hostess, was very accommodating. She gave me rides into town. There was food items in my individual fridge upon arrival. I needed an adaptor. The hostess was gratis enough to provide one for me. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Just my individual opinion. Not a big deal, just a desire. I felt it would be much better to have a downstairs community common area with sofas like the one upstairs.

The accommodation is great, clean and lovely. Warm welcome. We recommend it on trust!

Place was clean, directions were clear, and the property was in pristine condition.

In addition to what everyone else has/will comment...
Loved the huge size of the shower!.. No fear of hitting any walls, or breaking the glass wall... Plus, loads of hot water and decent water pressure for washing very long hair.
Next time I'll hire a car.
