Good hotel for a 2-day city escape.

Single local traveler. Was a half board guest. The food was great although some foods were not very fresh. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. The gym was decent. The pools were good too. Overall good family hotel.

There was a very strong smell of chlorine in the room and in some places (gym/spa) the smell wasn't pretty either. But everywhere else was fine.

Perfect workaction

Value for the money, staff and service. Breakast was great and had a lot of options.

Bed was made out of twin beds, so beds were constantly getting separated. Also the the bed wheels could not be blocked so the beds ended up with moving alot. Chair for the table could be more comortable seeing as i do work remotly I had to spend 2 days in it, and i wasnt really happy with it. There is no towel hang in the bathroom.

all togetherb we had a good time

The rooms were big and great 4 a couple and 2 kids. Breakfast and location were great. The problem was the wi-fi. We had no internet in the room, complained a few times, but got no solution. we ended up using all our internet package instead!!

Great in many ways, but room for improvement

The hotel is very nice and easy to get around.The food was generally very good, varied, and well stocked at all times, even when getting there late. Room was spacious and generally comfortable. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Choice of drinks was fantastic. Hotel is very easy to get toby public transport and has sights within walking distance. There is also a big mall and.an arcade right next to the hotel.

The pool was just a little too cold, probably not heated at all. The bathroom had some mouldy silicone and the rooms were generally in need of renovation. There were very very few vegan options. Milk seems to be needed for almost every dish, even where completed unexpected. The hotel is some walk away from the nearest beach, which is very basic. A little difficult with small kids but no problem for adults. A playground for kids would have been nice.

What a great hotel. The hotel staff deserves all the respect, they are courteous, fast, they responded to every request. I have to give a good mention to the dining room staff, I was shocked by the quality of their service, they are excellent. Varied and surprising meals every time. 2 large pools, 3 small ones and a water park really filled our children with leisure. A note to the venue manager - you have a great team, they deserve applause!

It's a shame that activities for small children in the evening (face painting, tattoos, etc.) cost money. It lowered the vacation experience a bit. Hope it changes

Attentive staff, rooms cleaned pretty much daily, spacious room, good aircon. Breakfast available until 10, good for late nights.

Very loud; lots of families (and noisy kids) and nightly "shows" which make it impossible to relax by the pool. Loud music in the day by the pool also, good for some, not so for others.

Good place for value

3 pools, kids pool, and slides, pleasant staff, the all-inclusive buffet had local alcohol included.

The noise from the hallway is very much heard in the room. The pool water was freezing, could be better if it would have been a bit warmer.

I booked the hotel because I needed a place to stay for a night during my theatre school tour and they had a high score for cleanliness. I arrived there with my boyfriend at 22:30, we checked in and went to the room. The first thing we did was go to the balcony, to our surprise, we found a cigarette butt in the ashtray. That got me worried about the cleanliness of the room and when we found a stain on the table in front of the mirror I knew I couldn't stay in a room that I felt was dirty. We called the property and explained what the problem was. We told them that we understand that sometimes mistakes happen and that they might have forgotten something but we needed a clean room. I gave them two options since the receptionist guy was just making up excuses that weren't even logical. I told him at least 3 times that we would like a clean room and they can move us to a different room or clean the one they gave us. His solution was to send a cleaning lady to change the ashtray that he claimed wasn't supposed to be on the balcony and a tourist must have brought it up from the bar. I wanted to booking.com straight away since I felt like I wasn't heard by the staff of the hotel but I had a panic attack while trying to call. That made my boyfriend go down to the reception were he had the same conversation we had over the phone and only after he told the receptionist that I had a panic attack because they wouldn't hear us and felt uncomfortable in the room, did they agree to find us a clean room. Unfortunately, the night didn't end there, the guy followed my boyfriend that came to pick me up and had us on the stairs for 10 minutes telling me what we already said on the phone and with my boyfriend in the reception area. Have in mind that I was shaking, crying and not being able to catch my breath and he felt like it was an appropriate time to have a chat. Fortunately, the new room looked ok and smelled clean.

Very good

This hotel offers very good value for money. The swimming pool area is perfect for families with children. The breakfast has a very wide selection of hot and cold items. The staff was always very polite and helpful. Most restaurants & pubs are ca 15 minutes from the hotel. There are several food stores and a large shopping mall nearby.
