Very clean hotel. Friendly staff and service handy for transport to town

Great hotel, well placed for the tram into town. Free street parking if you're lucky.
Busy breakfast where they struggled to keep on top of the washing up. Had to wait 5 mins for a fork

Lovely clean hotel. Good service. Great night sleep.
Only down fall was breakfast as everyone got it free. Came down stairs and wait 35 min for table then had to line up 30 min to get near food. We all had trays so can get all food at once which i dont like. It was not relaxing my kids didnt eat as didnt want to wait and found it to busy.
They ran out of lots of things.

No issue with the room, lovely, clean and comfortable. Parking was a problem, we paid £17,0 parked ok, but we went out that evening and got back at 11.00pm, not a space to be had, very frustrating. Complained when checked out, was told the issue is being looked into! The breakfast was disappointing, the breakfast food area needs to be redesigned . Too many people queueing up for hot breakfast, but the toaster in wrong place so people think you are pushing in. Very overcrowded and quality of food not good, i ended up just having porridge as couldn't be bothered with queue. Needs reviewing badly.

On arrival all was fine. Once checked into room we noticed it was dirty. Stains on carpet, curtains and walls.
Breakfast was horrendous! Terrible system which resulted in very long queues. Never seen anything like it! This needs addressing immediately as breakfast was freezing cold by the time we got back to the table.
Parking very expensive, but you can park at the front for free if you are lucky enough to get a space.
Food in hotel on the evening was good.
Location good for Pleasure Beach- just a short walk and illuminations can be seen from hotel.

Nice room, overlooking the car park.
Went into the bar and was charged £6.50 for a pint. Why do hotels over charge like this. Do they not want customers to stay in the hotel?
Breakfast was good but the same every day.

Great hotel, excellent location, friendly staff

Nice hotel and easy check in, car park is only small so not the easiest to secure a space. Breakfast wasn't the best, long queues and bad coffee!

Friendly staff, extremely clean hotel and comfy beds

The hotel was in a very good state of repair and cleanliness. We had a particularly good check in where a very amiable receptionist let us check in early- this was especially helpful as we had two toddlers with us and were able to prepare the room for bedtime without running up and down to the car

Perfect stay. Lovely hotel. Very clean. Nice bar for a drink at the end of a day

The hotel is nice and modern. Staff very friendly. Rooms have air conditioning, clean and spacious. One of the nicer hotels in Blackpool.
Only negatives about the hotel is the breakfast. Queues for a table and buffet line were a hectic between 8.30 to 9.30. Wasnt a great or big selection and food quality could have been better. Cutlery, mugs, bread, trays and even some of the buffet selection werent always available. Had to always ask staff for top ups. On a daily basis i found trays and mugs werent always clean. Breakfast was disppointing.
Car parking - onsite parking is expensive if you dont get a car parking spot out the front of the hotel.
Overall i would recommend this hotel. If i were to go again i would book room only if possible and walk to weatherspoons at south pier for decent breakfast each morning. Only a short walk away.

We planned to stay here as we believed it was a more luxurious option, but it didn’t quite work out that way. It was OK, but the beds were really uncomfortable, there was a bit of a drain smell in the bathroom and breakfast was really inefficiently set up, so queues were very long. £17 per night to park is a bit of a cheek when paying over £100 per night to stay. It is well located for jumping on a tram into the centre. They did cater well for my gluten free requirements.

Hotel should reduce cost for parking as it’s not central and a walk down to the town £10 would be more acceptable.

Very nice hotel with great staff but unfortunately not enough staff , breakfast was way too busy for the amount of staff that had to deal with far too many unhappy customers due to the fact the hotel was fully booked but not enough staff to cope with keeping the breakfast food, utensils, tables cleaning etc in order. Management know what the occupancy is and should have enough staff to run the breakfast service.

I would have preferred it to be cleaner. There were lots of random hairs around our room. It made me wonder if a dog had stayed in the room before us. There were areas around the shower that were a bit black too. I chose the Hampton for the beds and hoping for a very clean room. Also, there were never enough plates out at breakfast which slowed down the queue moving along, and we had to carry our food all the way round to a meeting room each morning. The parking was expensive too and lkmited but I can understand that. The location is great.

Quality of breakfast was poor, was a very busy period but the waffle house was not supervised and got very messy no plates or cups batter mixture everywhere, main buffet quality of the food was poor eggs were vile again no plates glasses cutlery and the food was not getting replenished quick enough which caused a lot of waiting around and getting under each others feet would not stay for this reason again

The hotel is way to big to accommodate so many people at half term. Check in took forever and breakfast was horrendous as seemed everyone went down at the same time so we had a long walk to get our food as no room in the restaurant and with two toddlers and being in our 60s it was not the experience I expected and put me off staying with this hotel chain in the future. The bedroom was lovely and clean but unfortunately the breakfast let it down.
Sorry but the system needs addressing asap

Great to see new hotels in Blackpool, just what it needs.
This hotel was very busy (half term) and long queues at check-in, maybe look at self-service check-ins?
Parking was easy, we had two vehicles so one was paid parking on-site (£17) and one on the adjacent street for free!
Excellent rooms, all nice and new.
Bathroom floor tiles did have grout missing/cracked, so need to keep up on snagging and breakfast was extremely busy. Apart from that an excellent hotel.

Check - in was slow and very busy. Didn't get the room we wanted. We were a family of four and only had 3 bath towels, the shower head was leaking water on the side, so wasn't getting the full spray, scuff marks on the walls, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling (when the lights were dim) went down for breakfast on the Monday at 9.00 a.m. had to queue 1/2 hr for a table for breakfast, 1/2 hr to get the food and today wasn't too bad went down at 8.10 a.m. But by 8.45 there was a queue.

Fab hotel in a great location for the Pleasure Beach. A nice modern hotel with breakfast included, the room was clean and spacious and perfect for our needs. Managed to get a spot for parking out front which helped saved on paying for hotel parking.

Everything just fine except the bathroom door is broken.

Very uncomfortable mattresses. Slept awful. Breakfast was very chaotic. Waiting for items to be replenished too long. Not having glasses for the juice next to the juice but on the other side of the room. Not having butter next to the toaster but on the other side of the room.

We arrived and was swiftly checked in. I couldn't fault our room, apart from the giant window being full of condensation so you couldnt see out of it, which was a little disappointing. However, we didnt go to blackpool to look out of the hotel window.
Great room, great location, great breakfast. I would definitely recommend and also return.

We chose this hotel as it was close to the pleasure beach and it was ideal. Our boys first trip to Blackpool and they loved it. The hotel was spotless, service first class and the breakfast was lovely. At check in they advised to come down early for breakfast as the hotel was fully booked, which was great advice as it did get really busy around 8am.
