The facility was very cramped and had nothing other than a kettle. It was very clean, however, we felt it was overpriced for the accomodation offered.

Liked that the room was ground floor and bigger
Didn’t like the fact that the WiFi was non existent most of the time although they tried to re boot said everywhere else was fine. But that didn’t help us

Fine but would have liked a microwave and mini fridge

Good location. We’ve stayed only for one night. And it was pretty good experience for us.

Pros:
Good location, clear access instructions via email, clean/nice bathroom, room had everything you would need/expect (hairdryer, toiletries, etc)
Cons:
Very overpriced for the room and condition, room very smelly made it hard to spend the night, very dated, uncomfortable mattress and old sheets, Metal staircase dangerous when it rains, no foyer/reception (but there is a mobile number to ring if needed), wifi didn't reach the room

For a one night stay it was excellent. The location was good and access was very easy. I spoke to a lady at reception and she was welcoming and friendly. Everything was very clean. The 2 flights of stairs could be a problem for some guests but we managed fine.

Had a lovely few days in Seahouses, the room was close to all amenities. Staff were lovely, the room is basic but it was all we needed. We had had a few giggles as I couldn’t reach to open the windows. Shower room was spacious with a large shower tray, lovely make up mirror and the towels smelt lovely. The bedroom was clean with plenty of hanging space in an alcove ( which I couldn’t reach) and a wardrobe ( which I could reach) there were three bed side tables one in a corner with the tea / coffee/ kettle etc. if you were like us out all day and just using it for a base it’s fab. We didn’t have a view but the other rooms might, I don’t know. We’d definitely go again

A great place for a short stay. Room spotlessly clean and well equipped with working appliances. Spacious bathroom with powerful shower. No issues with Wi-fi.
Clear signage everywhere.
Reasonable price.

My son and I stayed here for 2 nights to play golf in the area and this was an ideal location to stay, giving a good choice for eating at night.

Pleasant and warm welcome. Clean room and bathroom. Shower was excellent (temperature and pressure). Two single beds put together so sleep was a little uncomfortable. Attentive and polite staff at breakfast. Cooked breakfast arrived in time. Enjoyed our short stay. Highly recommend.

The room was well appointed, clean and modern but access via narrow steel staircase would be difficult for many…we were very careful as it had been raining.

We stayed in the annex part, the warkworth, a small room but clean and cosy, ideal for 1-2 nights, breakfast was nice but didn’t quite get what we ordered due to a member of staff not passing the order on, only a young lad so human error, no half pint Stella glasses so it was served flat, got the lad to put half pint in a pint glass, job sorted. Didn’t eat a meal this trip but eaten here before, food was really nice, would come again

We stayed overnight and room was immaculate and functional. The only thing I would ask for is a unit with drawers to provide space to lay things on.
.
The staff were lovely and friendly, we had breakfast which had great choices and was beautifully cooked and presented
I would return and recommend x

Very good location,clean/hygienic rooms, breakfast was very good, tho missed out on toast, but noticed a plate of toast ready to be served on our way. The receptionist kindly let us leave in her office our small overnight bags, tho was refused when requested on booking on line.she can be a bit warmer/ friendlier, tho. I think the hotel is rated 2* but we will rate it as3*.

No room service for 4 days not enough staff in fact they are advertising in the front hotel window for Chef and Bar Staff
Booked a meal and after waiting 20 minutes beyond our booking time we cancelled and went elsewhere could not get a place inside bar for a drink even though we were resident at hotel- Hotel in utter Chaotic and badly managed book elsewhere is my advice i will never return
