A super Hotel to stay in with easy access to Silverstone Race Circuit. Wonderful staff and a great place just to relax, even for a few days. Lots of activities to do in the immediate area, especially to do with motorsport

Stayed here for an event in Silverstone and it was great from start to finish. I was able to check in early, for free which was a life saver. All staff I came across were polite and always smiling. The rooms were comfortable and the beds a great size. The shower was a dream too!

Classy looking hotel. It was perfect for driving experience the next day. We loved the views from the bar/restaurant across the track. The room was well appointed with a great king size bed. It would have been nice to have more on the hospitality tray, maybe biscuits & hot chocolate and also water in the fridge which I thought Hilton hotels always offer? The car parking is obviously an issue but there were directions & explanations so it didn’t bother us and we were grateful to be able to leave the car there while doing the driving experience, able to walk over the bridge to the site. Reception staff were great, sorry didn’t get their names.

Hotel is very new, so i will give them some slack with regards some points. Great placement to the track, feels great in the bar etc, terrace looking out onto the track and very close. Unfortunately getting served at the bar was just a farce so i gave up. Breakfast was rhe same mess, one man cooking in the kitchen, half hour queue a buffet breakfast! Eveyrhing just ran out, then the poor guys rushing round like mad trying to replenish (and failing). Pastries all ran out appart from a few danishes. Juices didnt get refilled so they ran out, same with coffee machines. Just a disaster. Reception at checkout were keen to hear the issue, but lost interest after i requested my money back for Breakfast as the majority was missing. Told i will get a call regarding a refund, but im not holding out hope! Massive shame as rooms and stuff are nice. Couple told me on the way out that evening food was also the same. Its a problem as its not like anywhere is in walking distance. Id avoid for the next few months.

Bar ran out of draught lager and beer, had no bottles of cider and then ran out of rose wine. Food was fine but steak was expensive. Hotel perfectly positioned for our weekend at BTCC.

Standard breakfast and room facilities. Hot water temperature was not high enough and low pressure. Hotel personnel got into the room while i was there without even knocking. The only thing you cant beat is the great view of the track!

Great location and view from rooms. Price is very reasonable.Very quiet at night and beds super comfy. Most of the hotel was clean but hallway carpets needed a good vacuum on 5th floor. Had to ask to swap rooms as someone had clearly been vaping in room I was initially allocated but this was handled very nicely from front desk. Car park is still under construction and not easy to drive around (or find).

I have recently returned from a short stay here and I loved every minute. The check in process was fast, friendly and efficient and this carried on throughout. The room was immaculate and the view of the track was fantastic! I had drinks, evening meal and breakfast all of which were faultless. Thank you for a great time.

My son is just 18 but looks younger. He travels all over the country for his sport, being a young man he forgot his ID, when checking in he was asked how old he was he said his age. A manager stood behind the lady and told him he needs ID, my son did not have it. The manager then Said you have to be over 25, my son called me and handed the phone over with the hotel on the call. I offered to send an email with his ID, the manager was rude and none cooperative. I managed to get a coach of his to meet him at the lobby and was ready to show his ID and the lady who was most helpful allowed my son to check in with his coach. Iwas very upset my son who was three hours away had nowhere to stay, the manager was a bully with zero people skills and clearly a liar with reference to the being over 25. I'm sure he will bully the receptionist to lie about the events that happened.

I have been wanting to stay at this hotel since it opened as I am a big F1 fan . But I was a bit disappointed how dirty it had got since being open . I work in event cleaning and I have to say standards were not as they should have been. One thing why so much glass everywhere and not clean it.

We booked the Hilton Garden Inn last minute after another property let us down. Turns out it worked out for the better! We were so pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The interior is lovely, the rooms are spacious, modern and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Please give a shout out to the night staff working between Thursday 25th and Sunday 29th July especially! They were so lovely and always in good spirits despite the late hour – we really enjoyed chatting to them about the LARP event we’d been attending at the weekend. We’ll definitely be staying again. Thanks so much!

Unfortunately our stay was problematic. There was no mention of the gate closing at dark. We were later but not super late and couldn’t get in to the hotel via the entrance. Had to ring the hotel 3 times for directions. No signage, no information upon check in. So drove around at 11pm trying to find entrance to hotel. Security directed us in multiple dimensions. Air con in some of our rooms were broken and staff couldn’t fix. So didn’t sleep. Everything else was pleasant. Upon checking out they were fencing off car park so lucky to escape.

Reception staff very good and helpfuland Main car park was having building works so had to park some distance away rooftop bar was closed and had been for some time if aware of this when booking may not have stayed here Place full of builders due to F1 getting everthing ready again advance warnings on website would have been useful when making a decision Lovely sitting outside Box Bar watching carpenters constructing a skate park for Red Bull and noisy as well the dining experiance was entertaining main course ready just as we had started starters!! thats another story !! Hotel itself is good rooms are very good shame about there communication to the public about disruption all in all spoilt my wifes birthday Many Thanks

I found the hotel to be excellent apart from the bathroom being split into two with what can only be described as an uncomfortable and pokey toilet cubicle. The architect didn't use the best ergonomic space and design with the hand basin being in the room and outside of the toilet and shower doors. Other than this it's a fantastic hotel. 10/10
