Had a charger that was costly come up
Missing and there was little no effort to find it after room was cleaned. Additional cost was not warranted.

Convenient. was out on work detail for a few days. nice ,clean.

First room we checked into had standing water in it. Switch us rooms fairly quickly but there were clumps of hair/ crumbs left behind from a fast cleaning

The staff are great! The hotel is exactly how it looks in the pictures.

Very noise due to truck traffic

It was good for a quick rest

Spent one night. Weird area of Seattle but we felt safe for the most part. Nice people running it.

Parkin very good and front desk very helpful. Nice motel to a road trip

It was great, we just needed an affordable pet friendly spot to spend the night without being 40 minutes from city center. The only complaint we had was that there was no mention of pet fees when booking the room online. So it ended up costing us $40 more than expected when we went to check in.

No frills motel, average amenities, but convenient location

Precious and friendly slightly grubby welcoming retro style accommodations. Very reasonable and super welcoming and convenient. Also love the free parking and great Georgetown location.

The sheets, bathroom walls etc were all dirty and smelling so bad the entire stay.

The owners are amazing and helped us navigate around Seattle. They printed out maps for us, helped us with Uber as our Canadian phones would not work. I recommend this motel. Thank you for our two night stay. Will definately be back.

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable, firm but not hard. The laminate floors were a nice surprise! The furnishing are older but serviceable. As our room had 2 beds a second night stand would have been a nice addition. A few hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful.

I didn't get the room I upgraded too didn't ask to change because my second guest didn't come.

I got a room here because my friend and i where going to a concert and didnt want to drive all thw way back to tacoma after. Our experience was great staff was nice room was clean and the best part was they have snacks and drinks you can buy all night which came in handy when our uber dropped us off after the concert. There was also 3 pillows on each bed which for me was super nice ive stayed at other places where you only get one small pillow. I also saw they had room service delivery unfortunetely we didnt have time to use it. The next time i go to a concert at climate pledge i will probably stay here again.

Location was a good place to go to divergent ways. The accomodation was clean but not very luxe.

Booked one night to sleep in Seattle before hiking Mt Baker early the next day.
AC struggled to pump out cool air and was probably the loudest unit I've heard in any hotel.
At about 8pm a Rock band started playing about a block and a half down the street but it sounded like they were playing in the parking lot of the Motel it was so loud.
I understand that the hotel cannot control a venue's volume however I dont want to have to check all the local activity when I book a hotel. Couldnt sleep with the noise of the band or the AC. At 11pm, with the band still blaring I checked out and went to another hotel.
Staff were nice but over all, the worst hotel experience I've had.

The condition of the shower wasn’t great and the shower head was very short. There was also a cracked window in the bathroom and no curtains so we felt exposed. The TV didn’t work and though the staff tried very hard to fix it, we had to move rooms. It was very nice that we had access to laundry facilities

So here's the good the bad and the ugly about our stay at La Hacienda. First off, the good. This was a good value hotel to stay at that included parking. Try finding anything in the greater Seattle area that has free parking, and I guarantee you they'll look like this place.Second good point, the beds were very comfortable. The AC drowned out the outside noise through the night well, and all four of us got a decent sleep.
The Bad, First, the condition of the room. All bathroom fixtures were ripped off the wall except the toilet paper roll. So no where to hang towels or clothing. The bathroom was very poorly lit and my wife was too icked to use the shower (no bath). We found 1 bug on one of the beds, and it jumped off of me too quickly to identify it (No one got any bites tho).Second negative is the location. This is quite a sketchy neighbourhood. We saw several dodgy folks over our 2 night stay. At least a couple walking down the middle of the road the hotel is on. There's also a bar 2 doors away from the office that put on a punk show 2 nights in a row starting at 10pm (but the AC drown out the noise for us in our room). We were accustomed to having all of our valuables in the room, so I didn't fear for our car being broken into. But lets just say, none of us wandered off on foot to walk the neighbourhood.
Nothing truly ugly for our stay. It succeeded at giving us a place to stay for our trip to Seattle.
Rec Pick Quick for food on 4th.

I wish I could post photos. On arrival, sink drain had food in it. Bathroom lights rusty with mismatched lighting. Office chair very past needing replacement. Bleach spots on cover blanket. Fitted sheet was worn thing. Housekeeping removed trash and dropped new towels but that is it. Beds untouched.
Only positive is that the check in staff was super nice.

By far the worst motel I've ever stayed in. The beds were decent, but everything else is pretty grimy or broken. Hairdryer totally missing from the wall. No hooks for towels. Towels were covered in brownish stains when held up to the light. Shower head was at chest height (I'm 6'2") and chunks of tile were missing or falling off. Noisy neighborhood. Chain smoking clientele as your neighbors outside. The room smells like it was doused in disinfectant to cover up the smell of smoke or a dead body or both. The motel doesn't allow smoking in the rooms, so the burn holes in the curtains are definitely not from cigarettes - don't be silly.
If you've got a hooker coming over or need a place to smash some drugs, this is your place. There's a reason it is the cheapest option in the area with a (generous) 6/10 rating. The only saving grace is that the beds were reasonably comfy, so if you just need a place to rest your head and don't mind a little grunge - buckle up baby!

It was a convenient location for Tmobile park

Very accomodating to our needs. Nicest people you could ever meet on the front desk. There's work to be done on replacing worn furniture. Great place to stay for our night before our early morning flight.

What I like is management remembers who I am and works with me

Convenient for access to stadium, but a bit of a rundown neighborhood

Just needed a place to stay for a couple nights while catching a couple baseball games. Wanted to be close to the stadium and this place was fine. It’s very old, not in great shape, but it’s clean enough and has everything you need.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, residents were friendly. Absolutely zero issues.

Great spot over all. My favorite highlights personally were the cheap snacks and wide variety in the office. Deff made up for the few extra bucks paid over another motel option. The gentleman in the evening/overnight was funny and accommodating. Very helpful at the weird hours I was asking for things after check-in. Room was clean and quiet. I really liked how lit up the parking lot was, as well as the office being open all night to monitor vehicle safety.
My Only complaint is this-
there was a older Latino man that accused my partner of trying to crawl through the window of our room, when all he was doing was reaching in for the other key card that was on the table right inside the window, since both of them got deactivated at 11am even tho we paid for another night. He was rather rude and dismissive even tho I was explaining to him what he was going in the first place, when he should have just apologized and fixed our keys so we could be on our way.

Basic accommodation. Consider the rate per night influenced the review.

It's not fair to judge anything inside because we did not stay. I was not comfortable having my family stay there. The property is in an industrial, run down area that felt sketchy.

Great little spot just out of hip georgetown area with great restaurants and breweries, close to the stadiums and quick bus ride into downtown.
2.5
Simple place to rest our heads. No frill motel but nice local family owned. Has a great supply of groceries in the lobby so very convient. Enjoyed the area of restaurants and bars. Very nice people in the Georgetown area.

Our first room we were giving had ants crawling over the entire bathroom, the second room we were given had blood on the sheets and someone’s hair all over the other sheets. The third and final room they could offer us wasn’t clean or swept but we had no other choice at that point.

Very friendly staff.

Really friendly staff, thank you Phil! You are the best!
