Windrush is a beautifully refurbished Cotswold holiday home near Chipping Norton with a beautiful annexe, which sleeps 10+5 guests, in five well-appointed bedrooms, with the +5 option being a double sofa bed in the Snug, plus a single day bed and two single trundle beds in two bedrooms, with four spacious bathrooms. Both properties are laid out over two floors, with stunning spacious living areas for socialising with family and friend. Nestled around the properties are two pretty gardens, with stunning countryside views, plenty of outdoor seating and a charcoal barbecue, providing an oasis of peace and tranquillity to enjoy all year round. Finished in a contemporary style, this wonderful dog friendly home overlooks the peaceful countryside of Salford and is within two miles of the vibrant market town of Chipping Norton.

The pretty enclosed front garden comprises of a lawn and raised patio area with an outdoor table, seating for 14, charcoal barbecue, plus two sun loungers. The tranquil garden at the rear is laid out across two tiers and features a patio area with a small table and two chairs and two sun loungers.

The maximum occupancy for this property is 10+5 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 2 additional infants (aged 2 or under)
Bed linen and towels are provided (duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic)
Off street parking is available for up to 4 cars and additional on-street parking is available close by
2 travel cots and 2 highchairs are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

Due to the drop between levels in the rear tiered garden, young children and dogs should be supervised at all times
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

We had a very enjoyable stay at Windrush. The house was very comfortable indeed, perfect for our group. It was very well equipped, even down to the practicalities that help a large group but are often missed (large pans, ovens in both kitchen and annexe etc). It was very clean and in a very peaceful location, with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The pub in the village was an added bonus, with great food served. Stay Cotswold's customer service was excellent - not that we needed them during our stay as they provided very clear, accessible information. We would definitely recommend to others and hope to return ourselves in the future.

The house was lovely with plenty of space for a large family gathering. Having the additional annex was great. House lovely and warm but annex not so warm, but a heater in the annex helped. Lovely to have a garden that could be closed off. Plenty of parking at property for more than 3 cars if you don't mind a bit of car juggling (the space at end of road was usually full ) Useful having some basic supplies on our arrival, thanks. Would be useful to have note in house re bin collection day. We would have put bins out had we known when it was. Good location for walking from and drives out into the Cotswolds. The management team responded promptly when we contacted them with a few points.. We had a great time and would book again. Thank you

The property is lovely, a great location for country walks and seeing the Cotswolds. Lovely and modern, spotlessly clean, and dealing with StayCotswold was easy (particularly when we accidentally locked ourselves out!). However we felt that it was quite poorly equipped for the size of the property and the number of people staying. There were not enough wine glasses for the adults to each have a glass of wine at dinner at the same time, and there was no corkscrew/bottle opener! There was a shortage of baking trays, water glasses and utensils (wooden spoons) etc. For a property that sleeps 10+, this seems like a basic error and should be addressed. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful weekend away at Windrush. The property was lovely with spacious rooms and all the essentials. Really easy communication with the manager, even late at night when we couldn’t sort the WiFi!
