The only thing i could recommend is maybe some better signs. It was a little confusing figuring out that you needed to take an elevator up to the lobby. Other than that the bed was comfy. The room was really clean and the lady at the check in was very nice.

Had an interaction with one rude staff member, aside from that it was good.

It was great! Will definitely be back!

Great hotel, it was clean, and centrally located. CitizenM was updated and comfortable, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really enjoy the tech features, ipad to control the room. Ambience was top tear. Will use this hotel again for more Boston games in the future.
View of TD Garden. Banners next door food is good.

By far my favorite hotel in Boston, the convenience when you’re in Boston to go to a Celtics or bruins game. The rooms are great, the bar is great, the breakfast is great and the rooms are amazing!
2.5
It was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel and staff were incredibly great!

Loved the hotel. But I did have to change rooms due to a bug I found on my pillow. The front desk were prompt to get me in another room and apologetic. The new room was better. Amazing view. Literally next door to food court. Walking distance from everything. Nice aesthetic. Nice stay for a solo trip or if attending concert/game. Arena next door. Will stay again.

Very cool vibe, ideal for a city visit.

I felt like i was in college staying in the smallest dorm room ever.

Great stay! It’s a cute hotel. The rooms are small and functional but it’s plenty enough, and the view of Boston from my room was stunning. The bed was comfortable for a good night sleep, and the room was clean. Staff were friendly. I recommend.

Hotel is clean and trendy, a little too trendy. Everything is controlled by an iPad, which is cool at first, but gets old quick. Want to turn on a light? Grab the iPad. Want to change the TV channel (that has zero guide), grab the iPad. For a modern room, the setup is to not great, long and narrow. The bed goes wall to wall. So if there are 2 of you, one person will have to climb over the other to get out. No outlets near the bed, so bring a long charging cord. If there are 2 of you, hope you're comfortable pooping in close proximity.l, as the toilet while concealed, is in the same room. Checking was a pain. They promote using the app, so I looked like a jerk trying to scan my ID that didn't end up working. The ambassador told me that's more for Europe(how convenient
for me). Even with all of these issues, the stay was actually enjoyable. The ambassadors were all nice and helpful. Hotel was clean and safe. Small things like no ice machine, no coffee maker, put a more tradional hotel in my sights next time.

Excellent, quirky hotel. Perfect location and very reasonably priced. The only thing that would have been better is if they had an iron and ironing board.

We liked the design of the room. It was very clean with a great view. Very comfortable bed. A bit smaller than we're used to but it was really nice

Nice hotel in close proximity to TD Garden, very good bedding, very clean, minus for minimal service, high cost, even without breakfast

Twas ok, did the job

The hotel is great and will definitely look to stay in CitizenM properties in other locations. It is a boutique hotel with small rooms that are comfortable. There are blackout blinds and an ipad that runs everything in the room. The only slight minus is the lighting, it seemed like it was all or nothing in the room. There did not seem to be an easy way to turn on only sections of the lights (i.e. the bathroom). Being right next door to a food hall was a major plus. Also the TD garden which was the reason for our stay.

Another good stay at CitizenM Boston North Station. A few small issues but overall good. Expensive stay this time round, assuming because the accomodation capacity in the city that week. Missed out on a few breakfast items in the buffet and a room was clean enough.

Soap is SO important in a hotel room. At the sink was the smallest most worthless soap! In today’s health conscious world to have such itty bitty hand soap is unreal! Why not have a bottle of hand soap/gel for the sink as even 2 star hotels know to do? They also do not offer room service unless you digitally ask by noon!

Too expensive for the type of Hotel. Modern and nicely decorated but limited services.

We stayed for two nights and loved this hotel! Location was great and walking distance to the Chelsea train station. There is a large grocery store also within walking distance. The first room we were given did not have working AC, so we were moved to another room and unfortunately the living room TV wasn’t working. It was supposed to be fixed our second day but never was (but we had plans out so we really didn’t need the 2nd tv). Breakfast was really good!

We loved our time at the citizenM. It is perfectly located next to the TD Garden, easily accessible, the view from the room is amazing (we had a downtown view.) We loved the whole tech vibe.

Room was pretty cramped and was very warm. We adjusted the temp controls many times, but it didnt make a difference. Uncomfortable to sleep with the temp in the room.
2.5
Nicest hotel room I ever stayed at. Couple of stains but no big deal. Everything was also convenient!

The AC didn’t work and thought the lounge area was a bit bigger and maybe a little more amenities, but it was a good stay and the room was cozy
2.5
The room was beautiful, staff was friendly and helpful. I loved hanging out in the common area!
1.5
Perfect location if you are going to TD center. Room is cute like dorm room with shower. No microwave or coffee maker. I had a bad cough and would have loved to have tea in the middle of the night.
1.5
The property was very clean and the staff professional and very friendly.
However, the rooms were very small and the bed was up against the window so you had to crawl over you bedmate to sleep.

These Hotels are always very aesthetic and clean. The employees are kind and efficient, making check-in,check-out, and ordering at the kitchen extremely easy. The rooms are small but clean and the modern updates help to make the stay very enjoyable. I wouldn't recommend for parties larger than 2 due to the size but other than that your stay should be nothing short of pleasant.

Amazing staff, delicious food, well located for easy access to the train.

This is a great hip place. Would come back any time. Clean, comfy, good breakfast, very modern.

There was an unidentifiable spot on our bed sheets on arrival, but one quick call and the problem was instantly resolved. The room was overall comfortable if not a little bit of an odd set up. For a single night on a weekend getaway this place is perfect. I'm not sure i would enjoy a long term stay as much

It was a little odd at first as the lobby is on the fourth floor. The area around the hotel is safe with a grocery store right around the corner next to Starbucks and plenty of places to eat both at the ground level an area within the neighborhood if A pharmacies needed it there’s a CVS two blocks down as well.
2.5
Great. Everything was great. One thing. The mattress cover bar does not go right to the edge of the wall. If you look down you can see all the hair of all of the guests that ever slipped down there. You don’t have to touch it. But it’s there. The bed is accessible from one side so I imagine it’s not often cleaned. Just a heads up for management.

loved this hotel. its right next door to the north train station snd TD basketball arena. Only 2 complaints - most rooms have a wall ro wall king bed with only one way onto the bed and you have to climb over your bed companion. After one night we requested s handiicap room that had 3 sides to get in bed. Also, the lighting im
the bathroom was terrible. Otherwise great hotel.

The lifts were out of action for a day, but the staff did their best, opening up the service elevator for us to use while the main lifts were repaired.

Would stay with you again
