Hotel is nice and friendly. Easy check in but the interior of rooms is now very dated with old furnishings.
Nice base if you don’t spend much time in the hotel though.

Place was clean staff was great nice wouldn’t stay in room 135 again to noisey fan squeezing out side windows not very sound proof socket hanging of wall blood on curtains and carpet not very clean.

Friendly seaside hotel

Our room was clean nice big size. Only thing I would point out was the dining area first day we ate in reception area as not enough room in dining area, plus we was never given a form to fill in for breakfast.
2nd day waited 45 mins for breakfast was never asked if we wanted cereal juice or anything first, my partner wasn’t even asked at all. I asked for scrambled egg & it came with fried egg plus when the scrambled egg came wasn’t much of it. Staff very busy running around why ask everyone to come for breakfast at 08.30 then they can’t cope as everyone comes down at same time.
Apart from that our stay was fine wouldn’t stay again because of the dining problems.

The property was clean and the staff very helpful. Unfortunately our room was on a definite slope.

Hotel was very clean. Staff could not do enough. I needed my breakfast 30 mins before the dining room was supposed to open, but the kitchen staff did me a full breakfast early. Room was very clean, but small and dated. Entertainment was ok for the age group. At 59 and 64 my wife and I were the youngest people in the hotel by at least 10 to 15 years, so felt a little out of place. Dining room and bar seating area was very crowded and loud. You could also hear the music in our room until it finished, which ment you had to have the TV up a little higher to drown it out. Could not pay for drinks by card at the bar, which was a little annoying. Had to pay by cash or at reception on leaving. I could see this as causing problems at the end of the stay if there are any mistakes to the bill. The bar prices were also very high.
The doors leading to the bar from the dinning room looked dangerous and hard to open for some of the guests. I noticed when some of the guests with walking sticks got to the top of the 3 stairs and then had to push the doors open they struggled to open them. One older lady was actually pushed back by the door and nearly fell back down the stairs.

Stayed here for one night, the rooms are v dated but pretty clean (bed sheets / toilet etc clean but mirrors dusty etc)
The view out the window was of some scaffolding and a lone shoe(!) But was quiet enough to sleep - some folks next door woke me up early banging on each other's doors but that's not the hotels fault.
All in all, good for the price but if they updated their rooms and paid a lil more attention to the cleaning this would be a great hotel

Shower was not good and its for small people

Superbly situated hotel within walking distance of the North Pier and shopping areas and on the tram route for going further afield (i.e. to the Pleasure Beach to the south or to Fleetwood and its' Market to the north).Friendly well-run hotel at a reasonable price, serving good food and also offering cheap coach trips to places of interest in the area. Also the inclusion of free parking is a boon, which other hotels in the area do not always provide. Would definitely use again.

Only stayed one night good service good entertainment room clean food was enjoyed. room well heated

Friendly reception, room excellent like new, bedside table door hinge was broken as cheap furniture but still lovely room. Remote for tv missing so couldn't use TV asked twice but had to get cleaners to get one from an empty room.
Breakfast ok just basic average quality toast cold like cardboard.
Waitress's all lovely but the larger lady although very helpful all you hear is her sighs & huffing & puffing at everything & makes it feel as if everything is too much effort but it isn't as she is very busy/helpful.

Easy check in , limited parking has to park in side street ( not a big deal ) gave up waiting for breakfast shown to seat and left unattended and not actually sure what was going on. Several people in the same boat and got up and left …. Checked out and went out for breakfast !!!
Room dated and ok for one night . Paid extra as it was New Year’s Eve … I’d question value for money …… good location for town centre etc ….. I’ve stayed in better for less money in Blackpool….. always love Blackpool great northern hospitality and always good to be back in the north

We where made to feel second class has we had booked through hotels.com when we checked in they just handed us our key never told us any information about breakfast or anything else that was happening they cater for coach trips that get all the attention our room was small and not great it was on a slop and uneven there was know where to put any thing in the bathroom the only good thing was it looked like a new mattress on the bed when we went for breakfast next morning they couldn't find us on the list then they said you booked with hotels .com sit there it was a table that was by the kitchen so we got everyone walking past us there was no where to park either as there car park was full so had to park on a carpark at the side that cost another 14.00 pounds so I won't be going back

I was a late arrival and must have had the last room, had seen better days. The central heating in the room did not work but I was there just. to get some sleep and was away at 4am.

Friendly young man to check us in. Great - so pleased we had a sea-view. Barman helpful with info on trams and best lights etc. Very efficient waitresses and good breakfast. Areas decorating beautifully for Christmas a great stay. Excellent value.

Not a bad hotel only problem was it was a freezing night outside and the heating didnt work in the room. There was a small temporary electric heater in room but not good enough to heat the size of the room. The bed was a bit uncomfortable also, apart from that it was ok.
3.6
It is a basic hotel that needs a lot of maintenance. The room was fairly clean and warm. The bed was comfortable. The shower room was tiny and took some manoeuvring to get in and sit on the toilet. They cater for large coach parties but we’re clearly very short staffed. The staff there were polite and were working so hard to meet the demands of the guests.
3.6
They were obviously very short-staffed. The target market is clearly coach parties. We arrived by car. The staff on duty seemed to be working around the clock and cope well, considering. They could not find our booking initially, but they soon sorted it. The same happened at breakfast. (which is very small portions - aimed at pensioner appetites). They tried so hard to accommodate us, under difficult circumstances. The hotel rooms need some work, but are kept very clean. I would happily stay there again.

The staff where brilliant but the bathroom had a horrible smell and there was not hot water in the sink and both the shower and sinks water pressure was like being dribbled on

Hi i have been bitten by bed bugs, now ive carried them back to London. Worst holiday ever.

Nice and clean, food lovely, parking available outside. Staff very polite and helpful

Best part is location but cleanliness is compromised.
