The mattress on the bed was poor quality.

Staff were decent and location of the hotel
Was told was a really decent hotel prior
Room was dated, slanted so bed on a slant dirty and unclean ,
Bath was filthy and sold the idea of TV in bathroom, didn’t work
Shower didn’t work properly dribbles out would of taken a weekend to get clean had to go visit friends locally..
Stayed out as long as we could to avoid coming back to the room.
Upon returning the key didn’t work, 3 times back to reception in the end let us in with a master key.
Paid for breakfast including
Food wasn’t good and most things had nothing left , and just tasteless or burnt
Breakfast @ Tiffanys wasn’t edible

The room was really lovely. Very spacious and clear. The sea view was beautiful. We had a drink in the bar which we really enjoyed. Live entertainment was really good. There was one young lad serving in the bar who was really friendly and really nice. Sorry didn't get his name.
There wasn't anything at all that we didn't like.

Good Location opposite a tram stop so you can get up and down the front with ease
Even though it was school holidays and there was lots of families in, kids were told to stay seated, when in the past when I’ve visited they have been allowed on the dance floor

Room was very clean, good for the price .everything you need. Booking in was quick and easy, the reception and seating area was good.
Bed at one side had springs making a noise every time you moved. When leaving went to the reception to give in my key, staff never said thank you, never asked if everything was alright. even after i had put money in the collection box it would have been nice just to say thank you it does not cost anything.

Location was good as it’s far away from the noise but close enough to get to everything
Hotel wasn’t that clean , had to change rooms straight away as single bed was broken , second room was better but one of the drawers was broken , no hairdryer in room , had to get one from reception which was fine , hotel phone in the room didn’t work
Worse thing was pillow on the bed had dried on blood on it , to be honest the staff I spoke to were all polite but hotel was a very big disappointment , there’s no excuse for the amount of things that I found especially the blood stained pillowcase !

The game room could be improved

Was not notified that the main bar and entertainment room was privately booked. The alternative was awful...hardly any stock behind the bar...a few basic tables and chairs dotted about....whoever the entertainment was they were poor...
Some of the staff were unprofessional infront of guests in the restaurant and bar...
One lift wasn't working and the ceiling in reception collapsed!

room was ok but not worth the money.
entertainment was good but kids shouldn’t be running wild in the room.

The hotel was clean, the Buffett breakfast was great and the seating area at the reception entrance was super comfortable
Bed was too soft and you could feel the springs. Pillows did not support neck. Bathroom could have done with a shelf in shower cubicle to place soap, gel, shampoo etc
4.5
Overall a great stay in an Hotel recommended to me by friends. Location was great as was the nightly entertainment. I would usually go out in the evening but stayed in. Buffett Breakfast was superb!
I asked for a sea view room which I got but could also see the roof over reception that was very untidy and full of Brocken electrical equipment kind of spoilt it a little. I am a very light sleeper and could hear some traffic noise.
4.5
Great location just a ten minute walk to North pier, comfortable room and excellent food.
Could do with mattress toppers on the beds.

The breakfast was the part of our stay
We came for my birthday/wedding anniversary we decided to have a meal in the hotel it was just awful we ended up leaving it. The entertainment never happened we ended up going to our room at 9pm bored and had more fun watching the TV n having a glass of moet champagne. It's not how I'd choose to spend such a special day I had high inspection's and it just never planned out the way I thought it would. The bathroom had all gunk coming from the walls there was a suspect stain on the floor? The sink was a joke we didn't have showers while we stayed as we just didn't want to use it. There was also a large chip in the wall with the paint missing next to the bed. We certainly will not be staying again. I would love to say we had a great stay but it was far from it and we couldn't wait to get home to a nice clean home and have a nice meal..
