About this house rental

Woodland house is a large 1930 home set opposite a Woodland Walk nature trail, leading to the clifftop and Southbourne's beautiful beach. The kitchen has a 8ft butchers block table. A huge family room with a baby grand piano. Both a rear and front garden with a 14 ft sunken trampoline ideal to burn any extra energy . Downstairs double bedroom and downstairs shower room, ideal for those less mobile. 4 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms upstairs. Games cupboard. Ample parking.
