Pillow is proud to present this perfectly located, characterful, split level, 3 double bed apartment directly overlooking the beautiful Sandgate Beach in Folkstone.

The property has a cosy lounge with feature fireplace and large flat screen TV. The delightful open plan kitchen/diner has stunning views over the sea and sun terrace to watch those beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a spacious dining table for everyone to eat at which makes the most of those sea views, and let's not forget Jack's Bar! Also on this first floor is the first of three comfortable double bedrooms and a shower room.

Upstairs there are 2 further double bedrooms and bathroom.

The location of this property is ideal with Sandgate High Street to the front with its lovely quirky independent shops, restaurants, coffee shops and traditonal pub and micro pubs. The back of the property backs onto the beautiful pebble beach - literally a stone's throw away and with direct access to it just a few doors down.

A perfect place to watch the fireworks over the sea at the popular Sandgate Sea and Food Festival. There are many attractions nearby if you fancy a day away from the beach. Head to Hythe which is another popular town that has three golf courses, one along the seafront (Hythe Imperial) , a brilliant crazy golf (Cinderella) lovely high street full of independent shops and restaurants. Popular restaurants in sandgate include Thai luks and the sandgate vaults. Also the ship Inn - between hythe and folkestone. Head to Folkestone where you can check out the Harbour Arm. For food you could head to the well known Rocksalt Restaurant. If you crave culture - discover the creative quarter and the old town. Folkestone has the world's only multi storey skate park - definitely worth a visit.
