Déjeuners peu variés. Meilleur qualité des matelas . Chauffe eau de piscine aurait été un avantage .

Value and Comfort

Beds were comfortable, staff members were helpful, and the checkin/out process was very quick and easy! Location was handy for Wells and Ogunquit.

Decor was a little dated, but nothing horrible…

We had a great stay , staff was great . Went out of there way to help !

It was very family oriented, the pool was nice they had gas grills to cook with.

Air conditioning was a little noisy

Friendly perfect spot

Easy check in with a pleasant young lady - which continued daily with very nice staff who welcomed us for breakfast and offered help and directions as needed.

It was all a great experience

We had a wedding and that area for labor day weekend is outrageously expensive. So to be able to sleep nearby for not a fortune was good. But this is MUCH more motel than resort. It is a motel with a small pool period. Nothing resort about it at all.

I object to them calling the place a resort.

Good

Location is close to beach and personnel is very friendly. Tip: we rented bikes which made it easy to reach the beaches and Ogunquit since it can get very congested with traffic in high season.

We thought the place would be more green, we really missed a nice (and green) space in front of our own room to sit and relax. We were basically sitting on a parking lot facing the cars, close to a busy road. Our room was rather old and needed an update. It seemed we were in the older part of the building while on the other side the rooms did have a small balcony which makes it more pleasant to sit outside of your room.

Location, continental breakfast, picnic area, SALT WATER pool 😊

The only thing I would change is the carpets. Flooring is so much nicer.

Great place to stay !

Rooms are very clean, close to beach, salted pool, pic nic area with BBQ and breakfast included. These are reasons why it is so nice to stay there and make your holiday so cool !

Disappointing

The room was clean, the staff friendly enough and the air-condition worked well. Am trying hard to find something nice to say.

The towels were old and very tired. The room needed better lighting. It had a tired, old, kind of cheap “motel” feel that made me uncomfortable. The breakfast was very disappointing. There was no place to eat the poor selection except bring these to your room. For the high cost, very very disappointed!

Quaint, clean, cute, and hospitable.

The staff were very helpful with my late check-in request. They made sure I felt comfortable and safe as I was traveling alone. I appreciated their attention to detail and assistance with my concerns.

Bed could be a little more comfortable, but it was still a wonderful night stay. I would stay again.

Very good

Room was clean and the grounds are well manicured. Breakfast was very, very good. Muffins excellent!! We are not typically motel people but we would stay here again.

Upon arrival, the desk clerk was on the phone helping a future reservation sort out options. She never acknowledged us or the next couple who came in to register until she had completed the call. She never even said, thank you for waiting. That said, the ladies at Breakfast the next morning were very nice and friendly.

Great value!

The property was beautiful. The room was very clean and I even tried looking for dirt.

I didn’t like that our room didn’t have a phone and there wasn’t another lock on the door for security.
