On y retournerait……

Il n’y avait pas de petits déjeuners. Il y avait une kitchenette. Très calme. Avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine intérieure et le spa .

Never again

There was very little space in room to move around for 2 people in 2 queen room. One dresser, NO Toiletries other than broken small soap bars. They had No cleaning of your room during stay. Mini fridge had no freezer. Beds Very uncomfortable. Toilet so low to floor unlike any I've experienced. Couldn't get a comparable room on lower floor although handicapped without high cost for all it was lacking. Young American girl on desk at check-in and check out not really all that customer service oriented.

Sorry, I didn't like what I put in liked area. The only great thing was no noise without close neighbors. Wouldn't stay there again if it were 1/2 the price

Lovely hotel less than 5 minutes from beach

The room was updated, nicely decorated and very clean. I loved having a little sofa in addition to the bed.

A little freezer section in the fridge would have been good. There wasn't daily housekeeping either. You had to put any trash or laundry pickup outside your door by 11.

Enjoyed, would return.

Had a couch, small dining table and chairs, fridge and microwave, toaster, and dishes and silverware. Plus a pool and laundry room. Wells beach and restaurants were close.

No cleaning, had to put garbage and linens in a bag outside room. Short on staff.

Wonderful location! Minutes from the beach, places to eat, etc. could not have asked for a better location. Our room was spotless! I was so pleased to see the room and the property itself was clean, which made our stay that much more comfortable. The front desk staff was kind, polite, and professional during check in and even let us check in early, which was much appreciated.

My one and only complaint was that the bed and pillows were beyond uncomfortable. We only stayed for a few nights, so it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

Nice clean hotel. Comfy beds. Good location.

No shampoo/conditioner provided, not even in shower dispensers. That should be more clearly warned when booking. Water pressure was horrible in the shower.

Handicapped bathroom was great. Spacious and well laid out.

Bed was 12 inches from HVAC unit. Noisy and cold air blew over us every time it cycled. Cold, until heat came out. Hard to see HVAC controls.

I would definitely go back to wells.

I had fun there, it was a short walk to congdons which anyone reading this has to go to for a donut. It's a little over 20 minutes to walk to the beach, water was hot, room was really clean, bed was comfy enough.

sounds petty I know but for the price it didn't have much, a vending machine but no coffee in the lobby, i don't know much to complain about this place it was decent, just a bummer it was over 400 for two nights.

Central location. The grounds were well kept.

The a/c unit wasn’t operating properly. Sleeping was difficult. The bathroom was micro sized and cramped. It’s an older facility that needs freshening up.

Thé kitchenette was complete. Everything was fine.

Next time, I would prefer a room closer to the pool and on the first floor.
