Mini bagels and sausage
Frig and TV not plugged in. Room was filthy with thick dust. Screeching sound from the Railroad all night long.
2.3
Nothing
It was super dirty, no towels and was smelling really bad
2.3
The breakfast was lacking a protein item, besides boiled eggs.
The cleanliness of our room. We were given a hand towel that was stained gray instead of white. The floor had a big sticky spot on the carpet, so we covered it with said already dirty hand towel. Many of the electrical outlets didn't work. They were cleaning the tile roofs while we were there and some of the debris ended up in the outdoor pool.

Friendly staff
Room had pet hair in it. I don’t have a pet. Wish it was more cleaner

The staff was very nice to me.
I chose the hotel only because of its name as I am accustomed to getting quality from the LaQuinta. But from the time I drove up to the hotel I was disappointed. The buildings can do with a pressure wash, The smell was smokey and smelled like dirty carpets, but I still went thru the checking in process. I went to my room and and just the same smell was in my room. Plus the wash rag in the bathroom was brown with dirt when it should have been white. The garbage bin for the floor was outside my door and the flies lived in my room. I quickly left. I did not stay there at all.

Nothing!
It was absolutely disgusting! Nothing like the pictures! Dirty! Pillows flatter than a pancake! Toilet paper stuck in the eye hole of the door! Beds are over sized twins not queens! And I have pictures to prove everything I said!

Everything was super clean and the staff was very polite. Will book the text time I'm in Nashville!
Minni fridge was not cold

Nothing.!! The remote was broken, the room smelled terrible when we entered, there was no microwave or refrigerator to warm or store my babies milk in. The parking was limited and I had to walk quite a distance this is difficult being pregnant. Outside the door smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana. We were booked for the wrong location and they couldn’t swap our reservations for the correct location on interstate Dr in Downtown Nashville.

The beds
It took 4 days for some to come in & clean the outside of the microwave. Warmer for breakfast meat didn't work. The whole building needs a remodel. Holes in wall stain on carpet. Outside building falling apart. Pool needs redone, scrubed, pool area cleaned. Landscaping most of it is weeds. I will NOT STAY THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. I THOUGHT LA Quinta HOTELS WERE BETTER THAN THIS. A WHITE MANAGER W/BEARD WORE THE SAME SHIRT 3 DAYS STRAIGHT. SHOULD I KEEP ON. YOUR DO YOU HAVE ENOUGH. I have pictures and videos. If you would like to see them. My email is [email protected]

Absolutely nothing
It wasn't clean. Couldn't get clean towels. Rushed you out.Bad attitudes
2.3
Nothing to like about this place. It was awful.
The pool, lobby, kitchen & room were uncomfortably dirty and grimy. I felt like no employees were working to clean napkins, crumbs, or the front desk, takes in the lobby or our room. No once was our room cleaned while we were staying there.

We liked that the location was 5 miles from the event we were attending. The pool was nice and big and plenty of seating. Staff was helpful when we asked for assistance. Our room was clean and there werent any insects. Even at night, when you were outside of the room by the lights there weren't mosquitoes. They give you 2 mini bars of dove soap. The towels they brought us the next day were warm from the dryer. They didn't run out of breakfast items and they were restocking the whole time during the breakfast hours. Check in and check out were easy. We came on a hot humid day, and when we walked in the air conditioning was already on and set to 65, it was very refreshing after carrying bags from the car to the room. Our younger kids said the building reminded them of the house from Encanto and they thought it was cool. I felt like the building had a rustic Tuscan feel, its an older building the paint was chipping in areas, but it gives it character and I thought it looked neat. I liked that you could walk right out of your room and you're on a outdoor balcony with many ashtrays set up so You didn't have to walk a mile just to go smoke a cigarette. At night we pulled the desk chair out on that balcony and enjoyed sitting with a view of our car and the smell of the waffle house cooking right next door. You are very close to the train switch. The continuous sound of the trains switching rails reminded me of the sound of cups that are filled w different amounts of water and people use them as an instrument to make different pitch sounds. I found it relaxing. The hotel is close to the airport and many planes were taking off and landing during our stay and I enjoyed hearing and seeing the planes closer than you normally get to see them. The hotel is right off of an express road which is convenient that you don't have to drive through the neighborhood to get on the road to your destination.
We didn't like that when arriving in the parking lot the shrubs were dead and weeds were overgrown so it gave the property a ghetto feel and an impression that the building was going to be dirty. We didnt realize the building didnt have elevators so when we arrived on a hot day it was not fun walking up stairs while unloading the car and searching all around that top floor trying to find our room. We didn't like that there wasn't any complimentary shampoo/conditioner because that seems to be a normal item hotels have for you and we come to expect it will be there and we didnt bring any. When we went to the Wal-Mart in town to get shampoo there were homeless people set up in the atm isle in the parking lot. When we called delivery services that were 3 miles from the hotel, after we told them the address they told us we weren't in delivery range. We are from out of town and not familiar with the area. And yes when you get on the outskirts of a big city the neighborhoods are normally sketchy, with this being right outside of Nashville Tennessee we weren't expecting the area to be similar to neighborhoods on the outskirts of Chicago. Now that being said, we grew up in the outskirts of Chicago, so staying there was fine for us. Its not shiny and new or ritzy but the people were helpful and everybody there, staff and other guests, were courteous to one another while giving each other their space. If you're looking for a 5star downtown hotel experience this aint the one... But if you need a clean comfortable bed for the night and a free breakfast in the morning its fine. Last comment I have is if the shower heads were replaced, and you could adjust where the water was being sprayed, then the whole bathroom wouldn't get hosed down when someone takes a shower and it would ultimately help with the moisture issues that building has going on.

I love that our room was on the bottom floor but not on the side we like to stay.
There was a cockroach in the floor upon arrival! First time iv ever seen one at this hotel in all the times iv stayed there. It seems like one side of the hotel the rooms are cleaner that most.
2.3
close to the city.
dirty. I walked around the hotel room and my feet were black.
2.3
The room was clean. No odors.
Access was poor. For older people a elevator would be nice. Almost the worst possible room location in the entire complex.
2.3
breakfast and location
it could have been cleaner and they only cleaned the room on the 3rd day when we asked
2.3
Easy to and from the highway
Everything

good breakfast
the entire outside of the building is in desperate need of a facelift. the room I experienced was just as poor on the inside as it looked on the outside. the lobby seems to have been recently updated, it’s a shame none of the rest of the hotel got the same treatment.
2.3
Nothing
Room smelled like a sour dishrag. Black mold on the ceiling. Refused room and was told none others avaliable. Asked for refund and left

Was right next to the venue.
Large hole at the bottom of the door, holes in walls, dirt and god knows what all over the walls, curtains, and tables. Table was completely broken. Mold in bathroom. Everything was broken or barely worked.
2.3
the rooms were disgusting. found dirty underwear in bathroom. what looked like pee stains in the tub. nothing swept or vacuumed. day and night all you can hear is a loud whistling noise from trains breaking. walls paper thin and can hear every little thing. awful. would not recommend.
2.3
The front desk worker was really great, helpful and very friendly!
the facility and the rooms really dirty. there was trash from the previous visitors that wasn't cleaned off. we had to ask for new sheets and towels since the other towels had stains in it.
