Location was the only thing. This place was awful.
Dirty, uncomfortable. The rude owner at the desk will hound you to leave. Early even. Check out says 10, it’s actually 9:30 with a 9:15 recall on your room phone. Roaches. Mold and mildew in the shower.

The motel room was fine (clean bed, clean bathroom).
This is the motel we found in town
The people in charge of this motel are very unpleasant and not at all commercial.
The towels were stained and we found a cockroach hidden on a box on top of the microwave.

Nice large room with two big beds, desk with chair and a comfortable easy chair.
Shower water took a while to drain inside the bath but it didn’t cause any problems.

The hotel was cleaner than I imagined.
There is a fire station next to the hotel. Fire trucks came out with a very loud buzz 5-6 times a night. I could not to sleep. That's all there is to know about this hotel.

The front desk clerks were polite
The place was dirty, there was cockaroches in the room, the place looked very getto it was $100+, the location sucked, the pictures were very misleading I would not have stayed there if it looked like that online. It was filthy.

Where it was located
The managers were rude. The wife walked out to our vehicles and looked in them while my husband was checking in. And told us that we couldn't let our kids in the room.

Nothing about this hotel was good. Even tho the price was lower than others in the area, it was way too high for the condition and value. Needs major updating and cleaning. Rooms were filthy, beds were stained all over, carpet was peeled up and off floor about a foot, air wasn’t even on and had to manually be turned on, I was so grossed out I wore socks and wouldn’t put my belongings on anything other than the table. Do yourself a favor and pay more for a better room. Location wasn’t terrible as it was close enough to downtown for me but was in a rough area…pretty sure there was a guy trying to break into a truck in the parking lot when we checked out.

Price and location. It was a last minute booking so majority of the downtown hotels were either booked up or like $350+ for one night. Scottish Inn was down the road and a third of the price.

Rate was in the bottom bracket amongst about 5 other offerings
They received rsvp for smoking, which my printed rsvp said family friendly with no smoking icon. I had to be given a 2 full bed room.
No AC upon arrival, took several hours to cool down the room.
Fridge is unplugged. dead bolt locks are removed.
window with balcony but no door appears to be a safety concern.
bathroom amenities are very shabby.
bathroom walls and door showed sign of moisture damage (poor shower curtain closure).
lobby is always locked when I arrived and left
ice machine is out of order

The location to downtown is great and the price is really good also.
The beds are hard, like laying on plywood. And the towels are so old, they need replaced before they start getting holes in them.
