It always a comfortable bed but the bath linen was dingy and dirty to me.

Convenient area

The room was cold we were offered a heater but they didn’t have a room on the lower level. The stairs are hard to tackle and unsafe due to icy and snowy weather.

I would stay at this place again and again.

I love the decor. Every room I've stayed in matches to a T.

There's nothing I dislike about this place.

Sticky, gross and uncomfortable.

It looked cute from pictures that's about it.

The furniture was extremely cheap and felt like it would break at any moment. Everything from the floor to the dresser the tv was on was covered in some sticky substance. I'm pretty sure it was just dust/dirt and the maid was just spraying disinfectant on everything and calling it a day.

Conveniet, aside from City Center, good place with provate parking

Quiet place, safety, neighbourghood, convenient for family, lots of shops and restaurants in the area

We did NOT stay the 2nd night (I only stayed first night because I was exhausted) - REFUND REQUESTED

Not much.

The heating system, the plumbing system (brown water flowed from the faucets at starting), etc.

we have stayed here before due to the location in relationship to family

reasonable rates and a basic clean room for overnight stay

no longer any breakfast availability, not even hot water for tea since I do not drink coffee

The fact they ain't have heat and it's cold outside. This hotel is very outdated. Ew! Go somewhere else.

A bit far from downtown. Costly on uber if you do not drive. Bathroom should be improved.

Cute, homely, loved it.

I loved that the area was relatively safe and close to the hospital. I also loved how friendly the staff was as well as the homliness of the rooms.

There was a really tiny breakfast which consited of cereal and pre packaged danishes and that was it.

The staff was friendly and welcoming especially the young lady at the front desk ! She was so helpful and sweet ! Make her the manager . When I walked in my room it smelled like cleaning supplies loved it and it was a HANDWRITTEN note on the table thanking us for staying with them . I loved everything would definitely recommend
