Location, very close to historic center. Room size, fairly comfortable for a family of 4. Overall architecture of the building, blends in with the surrounding buildings. Amicable staff, with access to several tours options.
We stayed there on summer, it was very hot and the room didn´t even have a ceiling or floor fan. We could have kept the windows open during night time as it was fairly cooler at night... but the street noise was too much. Even with the windows closed you could hear car horns, big truck engines, people arguing, etc. We had to endure a hot room so that we could get some sleep.

The location was fantastic, the hotel and room were clean. Good value for the money.

nice rooms on the ground floor with ceiling fans and hot water. excellent location. very friendly and helpful staff.
stuffy, hot rooms on the 2nd floor without A/C and without a ceiling fan. they moved us to the ground floor after I complained.

- Very good location in the centre of Puebla.
- Staff was helpful.
- Room in general comfortable and nice for the price paid.
- Good value for money given I was only able to book it the night before going.
- The room itself didn't have any windows, and therefore it got stuffy very easy - impossible to freshen the room without opening the door. The bathroom had a small window but not enough and not connected to the room itself.
- Breakfast (that was included in the price I paid) was kinda small, it only included coffee or juice, with a simple jam toast and fruit. We had to pay for anything else.
- The shower head in the bathroom was full of rust.
- Although the room had power plugs, they were only very close to the bed, or high in the wall near the TV, making it impossible for me to connect my laptop from the small table they had in the room for working.
- Although the room seemed to have quite thick walls, in the morning the noise of people going up and down the metalic stairs to the terrace was quite loud inside the room.

Nice central location , but noisy at night from vehicles outside, police, motorcyclists, trucks. Continental breakfast was included, but not worth going for sliced fruit, tea and coffee and a sweet bun. We didn’t bother after the first day as we had to go out to eat after anyway. Staff was helpful. The rooms were nice and clean and spacious. Overall a good stay.
Breakfast
No bathroom other than in rooms.

Closeness to Center.
Dirty. I booked two rooms. one for 3 people, another for 2 people. had to pay extra $200 for 2 beds while we are friends not spouses. Room number 1’s bathroom stinks like poop. Bad plumbing. Room 21 should be burnt. The beds have bed bugs. We requested a new room, moved to number 6. We had no hot water to shower. still, we were not offered nor return at least the extra $200 we paid.

The location is quite good. In the city centre and close to everything. The bed is comfortable and the shower works well.
There is no water heater In the room to make tea. And the breakfast selection is very limited. But Since you are in the centre,it's very easy to eat outside.

The building and exterior furniture were really nice.
No privacy at all, you can listen a lot of voices across halls, and a lot of movement. The door was rather fragile.

My booking was cancelled by the hotel at 5pm without even reaching to me to check whether I was coming. I had to pay a higher rate in order to stay in the same hotel as my friends

Hôtel is perfectly located in the city center in nice colonial building, which is even featured in the Barocco museum. We got very good price at booking.com
This is economic option so we didn’t expect much but soap, towels and toilet paper were missing. The worst surprise came when my friend came in the evening to join us just to learn that her reservation at booking.com was canceled as not showing. There were rooms available but she had to pay extra to get her room. I felt sorry as it was my idea to pick this hotel .

the location
the staff and the room too small and too hot.,
3.5
The location was fantastic. The room was spacious, quiet (despite facing a busy street), with a very confortable bed and a shower with good pressure and temperature.
The continental breakfast didn't meet our expectation. It consisted of a simple cup of black coffee, a small slice of melon and a sweet bread. There was no other option in the price included in the booking. When we asked for the menu to add other options (and pay for them), everything we ordered was not available. When we exposed this situation to the reception, we were treated with indifference.
The hotel is fine as long as you don't pay for breakfast.
