Solo sé salva por la Ubicación.

Es un piso interior, los demás apartamentos también viviendas vacacionales con jóvenes de fiesta toda la noche!!! Ruidos, luces, olores a dos metros de todas las habitaciones. Una temperatura de 28°C, el apartamento sin aire acondicionado lo que te obliga a tener las ventanas abiertas sin poder descansar, ni tener ninguna intimidad porq es como si compartieras piso con un montón de gente. Faaaaatal!!!!

Pobyt udany!!!

Lokalizacja była super! Mnóstwo świetnych kawiarni, barów, restauracji, sklepów spożywczych itp. tuż za rogiem. Super przytulne mieszkanie, stylowe i dobrze umeblowane. Jest bardzo jasno i ma swoją duszę. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, doskonała pościel!

La habitación que da a la calle muy ruidosa, el salón es pequeño y podría tener una decoración en general más adecuada para que la estancia fuese más cálida.

Fantastic Flat in the heart of Santa Cruz

This is a beautiful, spacious, well-presented, and immaculate flat just minutes away from all of Santa Cruz's main attractions; despite its proximity to the action, it is also really quiet when you want some downtime. Beautiful balcony views of the mountains and the harbor. It was priced more affordably than most hotels came with considerably more space, inserting three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Very good

Spacious and clean. Central location, very well equipped.

Very noisy from other apartments and the sound travelled because of high ceilings and no soft furnishings. It was a shame about the alarm that was going off in the block too that kept us awake. The beds very very hot because of the mattress protector.

Excellent location 5 mins from bus station and 5 mins from shopping area in the other direction. Great Wifi and very clean. Beatriz was available if we needed to contact her and she was very helpful.

The flat is in good location, enough big and very clean.

Very bad sound isolation, you can hear everything from outside and inside from the next room.Very noisy doors, something need to be done for that.

Really nice apartment in a great location

central location spacious clean excellent management response

we spent one week here in winter and the apartment was extremely cold with no form of heating. we contacted the management and they supplied a small electric radiation heater that would heat the one room your are in. this heater saved our stay as without it we would have had to leave the property. The management supply two cooling fans for warm weather and they really need to consider supplying some warm air fan heaters fit the colder season.

Liked that it was spacious, had comfortable beds and all the necessary utenciles

We managed to lock ourselves out the apartment, leaving one key into the keyhole inside. A sign reminding to pay attention to it could be useful, as these kind of doors are not common everywhere.

Pleasant

The appartement is very well situated close to town and the market.

This time we were on the 2nd floor. The previous times we were on the top floor. The appartment is very noisy and you can hear people arguing in the adjoining appartments. The noise from the road is impossible to ignore in the front bedroom and there is a kebab/café below which is open to very late and people litterally scream at each other instead of talking.

No corkscrew for the bottle of wine gift! 🤔 Dining room chairs bit uncomfortable / hard without seat pads.

Very good

The flat was very spacious. Well equipped toilet and kitchen. There was a fan in each bedroom for the heat in summer but still the house was warm even at night. Very close proximity to the mercado where we have coffee daily.

The host was very nice and friendly. She even printed out our boarding passes. The apartment is huge with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Its location is perfect as well.

Nothing really. Maybe only 1 thing that we run out of coffee, sugar and toilette paper but the host provided more for us when I asked.

The bedrooms were little bit warm at night. But this was probably because of August, the warmest month.

Fantastic large apartment, great value and location.

Large blight living room. Very clean. WiFi was amazing. Beds very comfortable. Host was very accommodating immediately for questions and found storage for my bike. Fantastic Location.

Bathroom could do with an upgrade and was very small compared to the rest of the apartment.

Beatriz was incredibly helpful. My friends and I went as a group and had multiple questions about the area. Beatriz always responded very quickly and in a very helpful manner. The apartment was beautiful and very clean and we could not have been more satisfied with our stay :)

A well equipt apartment in the center of the city made it easy to get to know Santa Cruz by foot.

There should be a smoke detektor as well as a fire extinguisher in the apartment.
