Loved everything about The Villa Hotel. Very clean and cosy. Owners go above and beyond for you if you need anything and are very friendly. Would 100% recommend to people and will be coming back to stay again very soon with the kids. Really can't complain about a thing. Was made to feel extra welcome. Thank you again! 😊

The room was decorated lovely and the carpet looked brand new...so fluffy ...so clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet.
The shower wasn't great but b&b showers never are.

Spacious and modern room. Clean and good destination.
When asked owner for a sachet of milk in morning was told no as she was serving breakfast to other guests. Went out and bought our own so we could have a cuppa. Later on was raining and cold so went back to room to warm up, asked for a sachet of coffee and was clearly grudged when told it was not for supply throughout the day and was only a couple complimentary. Have never been made to feel such an inconvenience, clearly not out to please her guests. Also chose this b&b as was advertised to have a bar and karaoke, no karaoke and very low stocked bar. My partner couldn't get a pint as was no beer on draft at all.

I was all set to give this a brilliant review - the location is perfect (right opposite South Pier), the room was clean and very comfortable and we had a lovely friendly welcome.
What I wasn't expecting was a phone call the day after we left asking me to 'double check' that I hadn't taken one of the towels home with me. Errrr what? Apparently the 'young girl who does the rooms' definitely put three towels in there but now there are two. I've stayed everywhere from a hostel to a five star but have never been accused of stealing a towel before - are there really people who spend £130 on a hotel stay in order to nick a second hand towel when you can get a new one from Primark for a few quid? Who knows. What a shame, I would have stayed here again.

On site parking when booked direct, and a lovely Breakfast cooked to order by Gill, which was piping hot, and well worth the additional £8 per person. The room was clean, and warm, with fresh bed linen and towels, plus tea and coffee making facilities. Gill is a lovely host, and always had time for a chat and a bit of banter. Very handy for the Pleasure Beach, and a good Wetherspoons practicality next door.
Would definitely stay here again.
The bathroom in our twin room was a bit “cosy”, though everything worked. A fair stroll up in to Town, though a nice walk back after a few beers!!!!

The host was lovely, so kind and really helpful & my daughter absolutely loved the family dog that lives in the hotel. Perfect location just around the corner from the pleasure beach and south pier.
No complaints, the room was a little small but didn’t affect my stay.

Breakfast was the best, you didn't need anything again until evening time. Location excellent, round the corner from Pleasure Beach, if you are into roller coasters then you are in heaven. Also beside the tram for easy access to Blackpool Tower etc.

The owners are extremely racist and rude. A friend stopped by the hotel and was waiting for me in the common area. He was uncomfortable and left. Afterwards, the wife banged on my door harshly, startling me. This is the opposite of hospitality! A hotel room is supposed to be a private oasis, and nobody should be monitored like this. It was extremely upsetting. I was so uncomfortable that I booked a different room, resulting in wasting £50. I would never stay here again, and would not recommend it. I should have read a previous review by a person of color, which also notes that they felt an air of racism. 🤮

We were greeted on arrival and check in went smoothly having booked two rooms. One for my grandad and another for myself and son. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Just the right size. There is a bar and pool table at the hotel for nights you don't want to be walking about. Help was there whenever needed and parking was easy. We had a lovely stay.
