It is not comfortable for 6 adults, but it can be good with teenagers.
The house was very nice and clean. If it hadn't been for the attic room, it would have met our wishes in every way. It was close to Bath and the place was very quiet and familiar.
It was not in the description that the attic room was more for children. 6 adults stayed in the house and the beds above are not adult-sized. I slept in one of them and hung from the bed by my knees. It was extremely uncomfortable. And the stairs were more of a ladder...

We enjoyed the house very much!
The house was much more then we expected. It was gorgeous! And spacious. And warm. I mean literally warm, it suddenly got cold outside. It felt like home, we enjoyed it very much.
The fact that we stayed only two nights. Everything was great.

wonderful stay! loved the cottage & it was perfect for our adult family of 5 for the weekend! would definitely retur
Loved the way Kirstie & Steve have blended the traditional & modern so the house retains the character of the miners cottage alongside the comfort & warmth of contemporary life.

Superb
Lovely cottage in a good location with easy access to Bath, Bristol, Wells and great Somerset countryside including the Mendip Hills. The hosts live next door and are friendly and available and the cottage is well equipped. The wi-fi works well.
Nothing major, but the bedding could have been slightly warmer and the gas oven took a bit of getting used to.
