This Cliff side waterfront 4BR villa - hear the water crash on the rocks below - has a lovely private pool, views without end, large fully air-conditioned great room, multiple dining options, abundant decks, 2 Bedroom on main level, 1 King bed Suite and 1 Twin/King Suite, lower level 1 King Suite, and 1BR Twin or King bed, a/c and bath in each bedroom. Surrounded by lovely gardens. The house is extremely private, facing West with year round sunset views, moon sets and star filled nights. Located at desirable Maria Bluff - Cliffside, waterfront. The home has WIFI high speed internet and Cable TV available for guest use.

Summer Season April 17 - Dec 18 -
1BR $3493 per week, 2BR $3997 per week, 3BR $4494 per week, 4BR $5200 per week plus 12.5% hotel tax.

The Pool deck has plenty of lounging space and expansive views. The pool is 15 X 6 with a neat sitting shelf for lounging with coffee or cocktails. A wonderful flowering Plumaria vine screens the pool from the upper decks.

As the waves of Pillsbury Sound crash into the cliffs far below in winter months or gently lap the shore in summer, scenes of St. Thomas and all the outer cays can be viewed from the almost everywhere in this lovely native stone home. At night the twinkling lights of the distant islands along with the stars form a splendid backdrop for your total relaxation.

The open air great room of SERENITY spills onto the multi level deck area.
The Living area sports comfortable furnishings. The outdoor, covered, upper dining area has Weber BBQ and sun shades, with easy access just off the kitchen.

The great room offers a full entertainment area with DVD/Cable TV and stereo as well as an indoor dining area that seats 6. You have the option of enjoying the natural trade winds or air conditioning. The kitchen is spacious and incredibly well equipped with an island between it and the great room encouraging relaxation and conversation.

The two upper master king suites villa open out onto the deck and enjoy views of both the sea and gardens. Each suite has its own bath and air conditioning. both bedrooms have King size beds. There is also a private, outdoor shower that can be accessed by either room.

Down the steps under covered entry is middle level to the 3rd bedroom which can be twin beds or King bed with shower bath and sitting area.

6 steps down from there is the 4th Master bedroom located under the pool also with shower bath and wrap around porch.

All bedrooms have ocean views and exterior entrances to each room.

This villa has gorgeous, well established, flowering gardens surrounding the home.
The entrance garden has an additional seating area for alfresco cocktails, breakfast or lounging in the hammock.

SERENITY sits high on the cliff side of Maria Bluff (the peninsula between Great Cruz Bay and Chocolate Hole). Convenient to Cruz Bay, yet located in one of St. John's loveliest residential neighborhoods Serenity is island living at its best.

Our group had a fabulous stay at Serenity. It afforded us our own privacy with baths attached to each bedroom. Plenty of space to congregate inside and outside on the multiple decks. The private pool was a great amenity. Jackie was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

We could not have been more pleased with the house and Jackie. The house was better stocked than any VRBO house I’ve stayed in!! Jackie answered every question in a more than timely manner!! The views were amazing and the neighborhood is quit. The only two issues we had were the washer didn’t work (one of the main reasons for using VRBO instead of the Marriott) and power went out a couple of times due to rolling blackouts. Otherwise, an awesome trip. I’d come back for sure!!!

The house was just as described; plenty of space for us. The views are amazing! You can't beat the sunsets. Jackie was super helpful when we arrived. So thoughtful to have some small bites in the fridge for that first evening.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay; from meeting Michelle at the ferry to watching sunsets, floating in the pool and blending painkillers! The home was well stocked, we enjoyed the like new grill and making dolphin grocery runs! The sound of the water against the rocks was relaxing and the view was beautiful beyond the pictures! An incredible stay - highly recommend, we hope to return for another visit soon! Brand new pool towels, an array of fins, coolers, umbrellas, and beach chairs made for perfect beach days!

THis property has amazing views of several islands just out front. We had 3 rainbows end just in front of the house in a one-week stay. Beds are comfy and its nice having seperate sleeping quarters. Easy to get to Cruze Bay and nearby grocery stores. We had our 2 sons and their significant others. Everyone loved it. This was our 3rd trip to SJ. Would stay here again.

We had an amazing time in St John and our stay at Serenity was wonderful. Jackie was very helpful and the welcome items were much appreciated. Everything went smoothly at check-in with Jackie meeting us along the way to escort us to the house and give us an overview of the villa. Sunsets from the patio were amazing and everything from the bedrooms to the kitchen to the outside grill (brand new Weber gas grill) were excellent. Definitely a place we would recommend and would love to return to if possible.

We just got home after a wonderful week at Serenity. The villa is beautiful and well stocked. Plenty of beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella and towels for the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioners in every room worked well. Jackie, the property manager was wonderful and responded quickly when we had questions prior to the visit and during. She helped us with arranging taxi pick up from the ferry dock as well as food provisioning. When we arrived, Jackie met us at the car rental place and escorted us to the villa. The villa has spectacular views and beautiful sunsets. Its located in a quiet neighborhood very close to downtown Cruz Bay and beaches. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon! Thanks again!

Serenity has a perfect location - beautiful views, and 10 minute drive from Cruz Bay. The house was well-stocked, both in the kitchen and elsewhere. Jackie made everything easy, meeting us at the dock and taking us to get our rental car, then leading us to the property and showing us around. Communication with her both before and during our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. The other thing we should mention is to bring your own shampoo....this was the only thing “missing” that we hadn’t counted on.

Our group of 6 was ecstatic to stay at Serenity! The view alone is incredible. We really enjoyed the outdoor areas immensely. It’s great having air conditioning & a bathroom/shower for each room. The kitchen was well stocked. Jackie is responsive and very helpful. She even had fresh flowers and the table beautifully set for our arrival. That was a first :) We will be back! Thank you again.

Lovely home with lots of space to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed , the beds were comfortable, plenty beach chairs, coolers, beach towels etc. Jackie, the property manager was wonderful and responded quickly when we had questions. The property was just as pictured on VRBO. The view is spectacular! You can hear the waves crashing on the rocks down below the villa which is such a relaxing sound to hear. The pool water temperature was perfect, we loved the bench inside the pool for conversation and reading. The villa is well equipped with all appliances & kitchen utensils you need for cooking. The neighborhood is upscale and the road leading to it is one of the better side roads we have traveled on to a villa. Parking is easy---no steep driveway for this villa. St. John Market is only about 5 min away so easy access for groceries and we were only about 10 min from Cruz Bay. The air conditioning in the main house was excellent and fair in the bedrooms. You can only access the WiFi in the main house, not in the bedrooms but it worked well. The beds were comfortable, the bed pillows were not. Jackie and her team were wonderful, easy to deal with, and checked in on us regularly. Overall, we absolutely LOVED Serenity Villa and would definitely return again!! We could not get enough of the view and loved staying at the villa all day reading, relaxing, and enjoying the pool. Highly recommended!!

This is the second time we've rented Serenity and have throughly enjoyed it each time. Pool experience was much improved this time without visits from the iguana since the their tree access is no longer there. Jackie Harrison is great to work with and very responsive.

Felt very welcome on our arrival with Jackie meeting us and the escort to our property making us familiar with our rental. The view is spectacular, none better. I felt the main kitchen are could be updated and was disappointed that there hadn't been more clean up on the property from the hurricane damage, particularly to area under the main bedrooms and living room/kitchen. Very convenient to Cruz Bay and beautiful Cinnamon Bay and Trunk Bay. The grocery delivery was so accommodating since our arrival was late.

This home is lovely and has just gone through some renovations after the hurricane that make it very nice. The master suite is gorgeous and all the decks have great views. The kitchen was very well equipped and all the appliances and utensils were basically brand new. The bedrooms were all very nice, the decor is up to date and we really enjoyed the home for the week we were there. The sheets, towels and beach towels were all very high-quality and seemed brand new. Beach chairs, coolers and a beach umbrella were also new and provided! Really a great home! I would definitely rent this home again and I particularly loved working with Jackie and her team, they are the best management team!!! Jackie helped arrange so many things for us and even though our flight was very delayed in arriving, I didn't have to worry. I will only rent from her properties now.
