Incredible location across from the Wharf, Cowell’s Beach, and the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Visitor’s Center in beautiful 'Surf City' Santa Cruz, California.
City ordinance requires quiet hours in exterior spaces after 10pm. No parties or loud gatherings. No music or noise on exterior decks after 10pm please. Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years. Owner will send separate contract for guest's signature.

In addition to cancellation policy- All Payments are Refundable less the direct costs charged for the cancellation by the credit card processing company of up to 3% until 60 days before reservation, then they become nonrefundable.

Home had plenty of space in all the right places. Especially kitchen, dining and family room. For 5 adults and 3 grandkids. Large table for meals and large table for puzzle and games. Quick manager response for minor needs. Quirky elevator for luggage and ADA use. Fine after short learning curve Walk to beach. Great views from living area and outdoor patio overlooking beach about 2 blocks away. Timely return of full security deposit.

Can't believe how lucky we were to score this villa! We are part of a training group and staying in town for a race in Santa Cruz. This place is so close to the beach, West Cliff Drive, the start and ending areas for our race. The villa itself was clean and nice, with comfortable beds for everyone. Owner and manager were great about checking in with us. The only thing about coming with a group, is that there is only parking for 2 cars, so any additional cars had to park in a different neighborhood, but this was a minor inconvenience for the great location and stay. My housemates and I are looking forward to coming back again!

It was a great place for a family gathering. Kids and grandkids! We spent every day at the beach - the weather was sunny everyday but today. The day we are leaving. Gorgeous kitchen, lots of room to spread out, and a great view.

Property was perfect for our Girls trip. Alex was so helpful and checked during our stay to make certain all was going well. Friends who had never visited Santa Cruz loved our location. Definitely would book this property again. Only recommendation is to provide a few extra blankets, 60+ women get cold.

Eight of us celebrated our 8th Annual Cousin's Get Away at this wonderful location. It was actually our second visit there. The location is perfect. An easy walk to the Wharf, Boardwalk and seaside walking trails. Any question I had was quickly answered by Alex, the property manager. She was wonderful and very helpful.

Wonderful spacious condo in an excellent location. Within very close walking distance to the wharf, boardwalk, and nice restaurants. The ocean was visible from the balcony. The garage and use of beach accessories was an added bonus.

While there were lots of rules to follow to the point we were a bit paranoid (and I will be until I receive my full deposit back), having those rules provided us with the ability to understand how to use the unit's amenities and the local regulations required of everyone in a city none of us are from. Management was very communicative while also not being invasive during our stay. The common spaces are gorgeous and useful for our group of eight women, beds comfortable, and everything clean. Just a couple of things to be mindful of - not all windows in common area have curtains, you can sometimes hear people above moving around, and you must be extremely careful when parking and entering/exiting the garage. I LOVED the videos provided to help us see ahead of time how to properly access and use everything. For a group looking for a peaceful getaway, it was perfect.

Lovely place, but…

All the public rooms are beautiful and light filled, the kitchen a masterpiece, but the bedrooms not so much. The small elevator, which serves 3 units , was problematic. While my husband quickly mastered the operating instructions, those in other units did not. As a result getting ourselves, groceries and luggage up and down was frequently difficult. Given my use of a cane,, lack of reliable elevator service was a drawback. In spite of the issues I’ve noted, the unit’s location was wonderful.

A block away from beach, Boardwalk, and the pier. Enjoyed walking to the fish market at the end of the pier to get fresh fish for dinner. One of our group is a runner. Had a wonderful run along the ocean.

Great location, clean and has everything you need. Nice view of the ocean and the house is completed upgraded! Walking distance to everything! Kid friendly as well. Parking is a bit tight and only parking meters are around if you have more than 2 cars.

This is so close to the boardwalk and pier made it so easy to get to. Also about a 10 minute walk from downtown. A balcony in all the bed rooms except one, same with bathrooms. Super spacious and beautiful. There are two parking spots, and we had 4 cars but we were able to rent spots from the surf shop right beside the villas. My friends, husband and I all loved our stay! Thank you so much for having us.

There are many positive things about this property, such as the chef's kitchen, proximity to the beach, etc. During this pandemic time the most important thing is the thoroughness of the owner's COVID protocols! We had complete contactless check in and were very impressed by the safety procedures.

Everything was as described and very well laid out. We went with our family of four and my sister's family of five. Amazingly close the Santa Cruz Wharf, Boardwalk, and Downtown. Super convenient. The place was very clean, had amenities for the beach. Would definitely recommend and we are looking forward to coming back.

The place was very clean, and comfortable and located very conveniently to Boardwalk, Wharf and beach - never got in our car after we arrived. Heard a little noise above us - think the tile floors and chairs scrapping was the cause - but it was not too bad. Difficult for guests to find any free parking that came for dinner due to the construction and closeness to the Boardwalk area. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful and well equipped. Because of Covid the Boardwalk was not fully open for business, which would have been fantastic for our group because of easy walk - but we were able to do the Felton train trip from the Boardwalk and that was very convenient and fun.

This Location is really awesome. so handy to the beach & Boardwalk. The weather in mid Oct. was fabulous. and the accommodations were really top notch. There were 7 adults in our party. The large Kitchen & dinning room were so conducive to our visit & not being to close during this COVID -19. There are a couple things that we would have appreciated in the unit. **A tea pot (electric or for the gas stove.) ** The ice maker did not work, so we had to purchase ice. ** It would be nice to have shades that one can use for the sliding door that faces west, & the other windows in the kitchen they allow significant amount of Sun & Heat in the afternoon. Tower fans for the bedroom would be helpful also. ** More facial washcloths, there was only 1 per person for 5 days. **To have functioning lights in the stairway during the night. **The beds were high especially for anyone 5'3" or less, it was challenging to get into bed. So it would be lovely to have step stools by the "High" beds. These are suggestions for a Luxurious Villa. We had a very enjoyable time there! Sharon

Overall a great place to vacation. Talk about location! It is amazingly close to the beach; we took many walks right down to the boardwalk and pier. The walls are a little thin as we could here the upstairs neighbors moving their chairs and walking around quite a bit. However, the place is extremely nice, spacious, and has all the accessories that you can think of. I would definitely stay here again

We stayed in the Monarch unit. It was a perfect size for the 9 of us who stayed. I love that we had a garage to park into and there were many beach items available to borrow. The elevator was essential in bringing our bags up. You just have to make sure to close both doors when you’re done so others can access it on their floor if needed. From the moment we walked in, you could tell how clean the place was and how serious they take this virus because it definitely showed. It was the little things in the cleanliness like giving new prepackaged sponges for the dishes. The housekeepers get A++++++ oh and a tip we left them for all their hard work! Thank you! This place is perfect for my family and extended family to stay in the future and can’t wait for things to get better so we can do so. We stayed during the fires so we couldn’t enjoy the beach or patios as we would’ve liked. If you’re looking for an easy walk to the beach, spacious living area, and clean place to stat, this is the one for you. Thank you Alex, Derek, and the awesome housekeepers. We will be back!
