Beds were comfortable enough. Location just out of town was good, although it is too far to go to a restaurant. Food in the restaurant was good. You can order a drink at the pool and the pool and sun beds are nice.
Very noisy construction work going on at the moment (the whole 3rd floor is being renovated). Two girls in the pool that had their music on very loud, the staff don’t seem to care. The room (we were on the ground floor) could do with some renovation, lots of humidity spots on the walls and in the bathroom. The room looked dirty with frayed towels. The airco and the lights only work with the key card so when one person goes the other one sits in the dark with no airco (hotel should give out two keycards!). Breakfast only opens at 7.30 so we were on the road again without breakfast because we had to drive a long way. In most other places breakfast starts at 6 or at 7 at the latest. The hotel looks better in the photos than in reality.

The location was very convenient, although situated on a very busy and loud major street. The rooms were tucked back off the roadway so didn't hear the noise. The in-place restaurant was very convenient, and the food (dinner) was good. Prices were comparable to other part of Oaxaca. The swimming pool was really nice and refreshing. Location was 50-70 pesos from the major bus station (roughly 5 minutes).
The breakfast was buffet-style and very expensive. Didn't appear to be a choice of individual (cheaper) portions. One night guests were laughing and talking really loud outside in the common pool area late at night; made it difficult to sleep.

Really nothing.
Almost until midnight there was a big, big Mexican party at the pool with loud music. No one did anything. It seems normal that you can not find any peace in this hotel. People complained and nothing happened. So ignorant.
Besides the receptionist didn't speak any word of English. And the room was stinky and smelled like fungus.
Go anywhere else if you can - this hotel is seriously not recommendable unless you want to join the Mexican pool parties there.

Comfort and convenience at a good price. The room and bed are comfortable, the AC was cool and quiet. Friendly staff and a pretty good restaurant in the hotel. Perfect location for someone just stopping to rest for one night on a long drive because it’s directly on the main highway through town. But you here no traffic noise in the courtyard that all the rooms are located around. There’s also a very nice, big and clean swimming pool in this courtyard. There are a couple of highly rated restaurants right across the street and a 24 hour Oxxo right next door which is super convenient for snacks or whatever basic supplies you might need to get back on the road.

I choose to break up my journey from San Cristobal de las Casas to Puerto Escondido by spending one night in this hotel that was recommended to me by a local. It has big and clean rooms, a restaurant and a big pool and is very close to the bus terminal, so for me, it had all I needed. The staff was very nice and helpful too. It is only about a 5min taxi or tuktuk ride to the center of the city if you want to explore the market or any Vela going on !
The dinner I had at the restaurants (tacos) was very salty and oily... So I wouldn't recommend a 100%, with that said, their breakfast options were tasty and amazing !

The room was comfortable, hot water, aire, & tv. They have a big pool and patio area too that my son was able to ride his bike on. There's also a restaurant that was good on the premisis!
They charge extra for pets and it's not a deposit. Originally they wanted 400 extra pesos for each dog, might as well get them their own room for that price.
