Location was good.

Room was not ready for 4 people wht we booked. Had to debate with receptionist to get sofa beds for kids. No towels in room at all. Balcony door locks were not working Terrible breakfast!! Lazy staff

Demandez les chambres avec balcon dont le numéro finit par 5

L'emplacement avec le restaurant en face L'espace du professeur

J'avais réservé 5 nuits dans une chambre avec balcon et vue jardin. Le 1er jour la chambre n'était pas prête à l'heure prévue, j'avais une chambre n°106 donnant à l'arrière avec vue sur des appartements voisins, impossible d'ouvrir les rideaux sauf à montrer son intimité à tout le monde. Le lendemain on me donne la chambre 502 avec vue jardin et balcon mais avec un bruit assourdissant de la clim posée 2 étages plus haut sur le toit. Obligé de dormir avec des bouchons dans les oreilles. Le surlendemain, je visite d'autres chambres pour aller dans la 605 à l'opposé du bruit et enfin mon paradis. Aucune compensation de la part de l'hôtel.

Bon emplacement mais ne vaut pas du tout un 4 étoiles

Chambre Très spacieuse, bien disposée. Salle de bain de taille correct. Espace cuisine de bonne taille. Grand lit et très confortable. Terrasse simple et suffisante pour 2 personnes.

Entrée, papier pain décollé à l’entrée. Dressing dans la chambre très bruyant, une tige en métal mal fixée ballante donc nous avons préférée laisse l’armoire ouverte par sécurité. Porte fenêtre qui ne ferme pas d’un côté. Chaise pied cassée, très dangereux risque de chute. Signalé, la chaise a été retirée mais jamais remplacée. Salle de bain: un des tuyaux de douche était complètement rouillé, porte de douche en verre qui s’est décollée sur un côté du mur le lendemain de notre arrivé. Très dangereux. Le personnel le n’avait pas l’air surpris de cet incident. Cuisine vide pas d’assiettes, couverts ou de quoi faire la vaisselle. Petit déjeuner: peu de choix Pas de salle de sport malgré les photos visible et la mention sur le panneau à côté de l’ascenseur. Il plus judicieux de retirer ce point qui peut biaiser le client. Le Sky bar est un simple bar à chicha.

C’est le top des hôtels à Gauthier, télé connectée , machine à expresso dans les chambres, un personnel sympa et attentif .. un petit déjeuner copieux . Bien géré et bien placé ., bref , appréciable ..

Very helpful staff

The stuff was very helpful, especially Abderrazak and Marouane. They helped us solve our rental car problem in a very professional way.

The advertised gym does not exist anymore. Please take it off the booking ad.

Hotel sympa avec son personnel gentil et a l ecoute L approximité...parfaite pour mes affaires Je le recommande fortement

La stationnement au parking souterrain difficile a bien manoeuvrer a la rentree mais surtout a la sortie du parking avec un gros véhicule

Comfortable room, enough space.

Too much noise coming from people in other rooms. I dont know who was on the room up of us but until 3 am they were moving tables, seats. And starting again the same way in the morning during the 2 days that we were there so was really uncomfortable.

Generally not clean. Shower heads and bathroom were not clean. Sheets and towels also not clean. Initially room had strong septic/sewage smell, we were moved to a new floor however one of the rooms had a faulty air conditioner

Avoid at all costs

I didnt like anything about the place. A rip off!! Not as advertised.

Dirty linens, no towels, stained pillow cases, faulty shower, insects in the room. A total nightmare. Capped with a very rude manager who has no emotions or regard for the customers wellbeing

Nice and well maintained room, close to everything and easy to check in and out.

Property says that parking is available on site, I messaged the hotel a few days prior to our stay and was informed that all parking spaces were unavailable. So ended up having to pay 50 euros a night for underground parking and also got a fine. A bit better communication about the car parking would be great.

it’s a good option for a transit hotel, if you just want a place to sleep for one night, it’s perfect and the hotel staf

the beds are comfortable, it’s in a great location. a lot of restaurants around.

The floors were dusty, the shower was rusty, there’s mildew inside the shower, the shower door doesn’t close very well so the water leaks out. They give you one towel, one coffee mug even though there were two people staying there. the wifi didn’t work well on the smart tv.

- Very nice Location. - Very large rooms and quite. - The price is good. - Staff are nice.

- No towels upon arrival, and later they just bring 1. - There was an old towel left in the room when i arrive. - No laundry as they said. - Breakfast very limited choices. - The room phone was not working at all.

A fair deal, a mid-class hotel.

The hotel is good value for money, the location in downtown is nice if you want to explore the many restaurants and cafés geared towards a more affluent and international urban elite. The standard of the hotel is ok, it is geared towards mid-class travellers. Rooms are clean and the amenities are functional.

Staff had not arranged airport pickup in time, I had to coordinate while one passanger from our group had already arrived; otherwise staff was helpful. The shower and boiler were leaking, this caused a bit of a flooding in the bathroom.

Very good value for money - Bare Kitchen Cupboards

Loved the spacious room and balcony, great location, lovely reception and staff too. Breakfast was good. Excellent value for money in this regard. Beautiful Shisha lounge on the roof but we didn't use it.

The rooms have a big kitchen and a dining table, I booked because of this. I like making my own coffee, lunch and snacks. Found the kitchen to be totally bare, not even a drinking glass, absolutely nothing in it. I find it very strange. My friends bathroom flooded her room and the outside hallway when she took a shower. Mine leaked a little. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.
