⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grey Boutique Hotel in Casablanca, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel, I was impressed by its contemporary design, elegant decor, and welcoming atmosphere.
The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the outstanding service provided by Khawla, one of the most amazing individuals I've ever encountered in the hospitality industry. From the very first interaction, Khawla greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel like a valued guest. Her genuine kindness and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of my stay.
Khawla went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, and she offered valuable insights into the best places to visit and dine in Casablanca. Her passion for the city and her dedication to making guests feel comfortable were truly remarkable. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or providing any assistance needed, Khawla was always one step ahead, and her impeccable customer service skills left a lasting impression on me.
The hotel itself was a delightful haven of tranquility amidst the bustling city. The rooms were elegantly appointed and thoughtfully designed, providing the perfect blend of modern amenities and classic charm.
The on-site dining options were exceptional as well, with a delectable array of dishes that catered to a variety of tastes. The breakfast buffet was a delight, offering a selection of both local and international cuisine, and the ambiance of the restaurant made every meal a memorable experience.
The hotel's central location was also a huge plus, allowing easy access to Casablanca's key attractions and landmarks. Whether I wanted to explore the vibrant Medina, visit the Hassan II Mosque, or simply wander around the city's charming streets, everything was within convenient reach.

Big room
I don’t know how comes this is a 5 star hotel. Furniture old. Floor not clean. Tv not working 4 staffers came to fix it. Room view so bad you can’t open curtains because everyone in nearby buildings will see you. Housekeeping will knock on your door even if you put don’t disturb signs.

Horrible hotel .. I booked a suite . However, it seemed like a normal room . Not to mention the bathroom along with the shower room seemed like a very small one. On top of that , it was pricy.

The sport center was available 24x7.
The room size is not suitable for family of 2 adults and 2 kids.
There is a coffee machine but no coffee capsules. There was only one cup. Even after our request twice, second cup was not provided.
Water was getting blocked in the bathroom.
The hotel is situated in a shabby locality.

Staff lovely and fast to react or fix problems.
Bathroom furnishings disappointing. Toilet position very hard to sit on.
Shower drainage was blocked within 2 mins of running water. Staff fixed immediately but wouldn't expect this from a '5 star' hotel.
The sink also had weird yellow water coming out and then stopped - we were told there was an issue and this was fixed within half hr but still odd.
Toilet basin also started leaking.
When we got our room cleaned, our body towels were not replaced...
Overall good hotel and exceptional staff but bathroom was disappointing.
