Gutes Hotel mit top Lage für einen Kurzaufenthalt, aber zu teuer und nicht auf dem neuesten Stand

Die Lage ist super, die Zimmer sehr groß, die Betten bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Badezimmer ohne Möglichkeiten zum Abstellen der Waschtasche, es kam ein widerlicher Geruch im Bad aus dem Abfluss.

conveniently located hotel good for small families

Location is excellent. Nearby Anfaplace mall is a great convenience, specially for young families. access to beach is very easy. The rooms have basic amenities to be considered as a functional small apartment. Staff makes effort to help customers.

Checkin process is not efficient. Amenities inside the room is in pretty bad shape. Way below par to be counted as a 4 star property. Some renovation taking place in reception area, but rooms definitely needs renovation.

1. Staff - very friendly and helpful. The staff also helped coordinate with the taxi driver on our journey back. Cant say enough how nice the staff was 2. Location - very close to the beach. Quite difficult to get a hotel in such a location in Casablanca 3. Room size - Spacious rooms, both living room and bedroom were spacious. We got a partial sea view room which was great

1. General upkeep - The property is very old and run down. Quite a few rooms seem to be outdated and not well maintained. The towel drying rails were rusted, so that sums up the need for a refurbishment. 2. Value for money - We paid the same amount as we did for a 5 star hotel in Tangier. Pestana is no where close to the facilities and infrastructure 3. Definitely not 4 star - Not sure how this hotel is rated 4 star and if standards are different from global standards 4. Breakfast - Very few options for the price charged extra for breakfast. You can get so many better options in the mall next door.

A very nice place, in couple or family.

The suites are large and well equipped, very comfortable, the staff was very nice and kind. The accomodation is very well located, on the seaside. It's a very nice place for a pleasant stay in Casablanca.

Comfy bed, helpful staff, nice view, big balcony. Smart tv (it was in arabic but the staff changed the tv). Room was big

Rooms are more for longterm stay. Just towels and and bathrobes no slippers and no toiletries (except soap and 2 in 1 body wash) no coffee or tea in the room.

Nice location, close to the sea, very nice view, quite silent large room

Restaurant is really poor, not opening before at 8.00 pm ! If you want to eat earlier not possible! choice of menu quite ok, service very poor, quality of the food slightly acceptable. Other services are acceptable, wifi bit slow.

Nice view, quiet room. Thought the room was a non-smoking room but it smelled a bit. There were some issues but the staffs were willing to help us.

Location is perfect, staff very professional. House riding on the beach with grand grand sunset background North Africa is heavenly enjoyable, amazing stay in Casablanca.

The furniture is old, water pipes need to be repaired, the lobby is always open and flies everywhere and in general the hotel needs renovations.

reception the worst ever specially the day time lady called Hafsa, has no respect for my guests nor for me and when I asked for the manager she simply said go look for him and that was when I asked her to respect my guests and not to treat them as they are night ladies A very gentleman in the night shift highly respectable. I wish the management Un Pestana ( Portugal) look at this place in a different way ( like the one in Marrakech) this place is a gold mine and has a high potential if there are good managements and highly educated receptionists. I think you will very likely compete with the neighbor 4 seasons. I hope one day this place will be as I hoped. good luck
