Soggiorno di lusso in Casablanca

Hotel bellissimo dotato di ogni comfort. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, colazione internazionale a buffet varia e abbondante, suite moderne dotate di qualsiasi comodità. Posizione perfetta per visitare la città, proprio accanto al magnifico parco della Lega Araba e a due passi da piazza Mohamed V e dalla cattedrale del Sacro Cuore. Pulizia giornaliera, non impeccabile ma comunque di standard alto. Terrazzino in camera.

The overall quality of the stay doesn't live up to the hype the Lobby tries to sell.

The food we ordered for dinner was good and the breakfast was ok, could have more options, but overall was ok. The lobby is super beautiful and smells good.

Let's begin: the hotel porter was extremely "flustered/panic/nervous" and didn't let the guests speak, they didn't care about the luggage and were always hurried. The room: size ok, a little cheesy compared to the lobby, the bed is terrible, not comfortable at all, even with the windows closed there was a lot of noise from the street. The bathroom was a strange size, inside the box was weirdly small and there was mold in the sink, disgusting. I don't think the kitchen was necessary. When we asked for our car the hotel porter didn't bring the car and asked us to go with them and our luggage until the parking garage. They also tried to give us the wrong car many times even after we said that was not our car. Weird.

Excellent Stay, Quiet Location Within Easy Walk of Old Medina and Nearby Parks

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful; the rooms were clean and comfortable, well maintained and well equipped. All of th staff were freiendly and willing to go above and beyond. I would not hesitate to stay here again, should the opportunity arise.

Everything was exceptional.

****but while we requested to make egg+onion+green chili+salt mixed & fry, kitchen staff told its will be extra charges. which we also enjoyed at hotel in Dubai free of costs. no extras. ****not English teabag available with biscuit

Hôtel bien placé avec des chambre, suite très agréables

Manque d'endroit convivial dans l'hôtel, le rooftop fermé par de bar dommage pour un hotel de ce standing. Le prix indiqué n'est pas le prix payé problème de conversion entre booking et l'hôtel +8%.

No privacy. They entered my room when the do not disturb sign was on and without knocking. I was undressed.

Una piacevole sorpresa

Praticamente tutto, mini bilocali forniti di tutto, doppio mega TV angolo cucina con piastra induzione, macchina caffè con cialde, grande doccia, bidet, … Camere molto pulite, come le aree comuni. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Hotel in guter Lage

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Ein sehr schöner Blick auf die Moschee Hassan II. Die Dachterrasse bot auch einen schönen Blick beim Sonnenuntergang. Gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge. Das Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl.

Die Balkontür lies sich nicht verschließen. Es war durch den Verkehr und durch eine Lüftung die wohl oberhalb des Balkons endete, etwas lauter. Durch die Lüftung hatte man auch den Geruch einer Küche in der Nase, wenn man sich auf dem Balkon aufgehalten hat. Die Aufzüge sind etwas langsam. Mein Fahrrad konnte nur in einem (abgesperrten) Bereich hinter dem Hotel angekettet werden. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück hat den Namen Kaffee nicht verdient.

Midsize luxury Hotel with a view of the park and Hassan 2 Mosque in the background! I had a superior room with balcony. Real arabic 1001 night feeling Staff excellent , clean superbe. Walking to Sacré-Cœur and Mohammed 5 square. Tram 150m Looking forward to returning here again

Little far 3km walk to touristic sights like Medina and Hassan2 But the view makes up for it

Excellent stay in Casablanca

We are satisfied with our stay at Casa Diamond. The staff members are very kind and helpful, and the facilities meet 5-star standards. The cleanliness is commendable, and the breakfast offers an excellent array of choices.

The blanket on the sofa bed is somewhat thin. Fortunately, Casablanca remains warm even in January.

اكثر ما اعجبني المنظر الرائع في سطح الفندق و الراحة المتوفرة فيه .

اثناء وجبة الإفطار تسمع العاملين بالفندق يتذمرون من طلبات زبناء آخرين و تذمرهم منها و مجرد سماع ذلك يجعلك متضايق و يجعلك تفضل ان تفطر في مكان آخر تحس فيه بحسن الضيافة و حب خدمتك من طرف العاملين و يعطيك طاقة إيجابية في صباح يوم تترقب فيه مزيدا من الراحة

Good stay, thank you!

Spacious and nice room,good level of cleanliness, great water pressure, relatively good breakfast ( staff needs a bit more training), kind housekeeping staff, friendly and professional reception staff- we had to extend our stay for one night and was done stress free. It is a good hotel, not sure the five stars rating is deserved, though, but every single of these reviews are in the end, subjective. After staying at a few different hotels in the country, all varying stars and classifications, I can say that this one is not memorable, but it did the minimum well. There is potential and room to improve, so hopefully they will do just that and not settle for being ‘just enough’. However, if I comeback to Casablanca, will use it again.

Very thin walls - noise from the room next to ours as well as the outside traffic came through; we chose the place after reading other reviews about this, so was expecting it.
