Great location, clean spacious modern rooms
Unable to accommodate an early check in - tricky as had to get changed for a wedding.
Car Park was full, but discount parking offered nearby.

A great hotel in a great location. The staff are always exceptional. I can't fault the staff or the hotel. If you can, book a Superior room as you get more space and a good view. Everything is right on the doorstep. Even the breakfast is really good. Very much worth a stay.
7.0
The location and that it had parking.
The TV in the room kept turning itself off or losing the picture but not the sound. The bar was not open in the evening.
5.0
Good location, friendly and attentive staff, stylish lobby, bar and restaurant. I like the WhatsApp feature to ask for advice and assistance. Was nice and quiet.
Room small and had to keep blind down on window as could see into another guest’s window through it. So no natural light. There was a random door that didn’t go anywhere, with another door behind it, which presumably went through to another room, so they could be joined together. We didn’t like that. We didn’t like the lack of separation between bedroom and toilet/shower and see-through frosted toilet door, especially is such a small room. There was no wardrobe, so bags etc just stayed on floor.

It was perfectly located for The Lanes, seafront etc. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning was great, very quiet in the hotel.
The way the room was laid out was unusual. It was awkward to make hot drinks as the kettle etc was on shelves as part of the open wardrobe. The toilet, shower, sink were all separate, not in a bathroom. The sink was not cleaned properly when we got in the room.

Room was clean and comfortable. Very querky given the shape. Room would be better servered with a side table for coffee/tea making. Overall though, very nice stay. Didn't have breakfast. Location great.

Location
No real complaints, but decaf teabags would be appreciated please. Also, I was woken up by the windows being cleaned.

As you show in pictures it’s not there it’s cheating
With customer I pay higher rates for the room but you provide me a low budget room
I can’t trust more on you

Location was excellent
Having stayed here a few years ago it was evidently a little tired and requiring some updating. Bed was very soft and not comfortable. Didn’t appreciate that if we wanted normal room cleaning/bed making whilst staying it would cost extra! This hotel was pricey enough already!

Excellent location, staff were great, very friendly and helpful would definitely book again In different room
Bathroom open into the room, glass doors which were coloured/frosted but still could see through, the only hanging space was on hooks on the long mirror so then you couldn’t see yourself in the mirror

It is centrally located and close to some lovely restaurants; parking available on site for a fee
We were extremely disappointed with our room. We had booked a superior double, but it was very average and certainly not worth the fee paid. The decor is very tired and in need of improvement, the room didn’t feel particularly clean and there was the oddest set up with a lack of proper bedside tables. There were only 2 tea sachets provided for an overnight stay which we found bizarre! Despite Booking.com mentioning that the property has room service, when we asked at the front desk for room service, we were told that it wasn’t provided. The breakfast was very tasty, but when one of our party wanted to add an extra item to the breakfast, we were told that it was chargeable, despite us having paid for breakfast to be included within the fee we paid. We certainly wouldn’t book again and it’s a shame as it’s so perfectly positioned for the theatre. Our overall impression was one of feeling like guests are given the absolute bare minimum. A real shame

It is in the center of the really fun neighborhoods and easy do do a lot walking. The staff were very friendly and accomodating.
The codes for using the elevator and entering the room seemed somewhat far fetched. I would advise just a contactless card

Location
Room could do with an update. Room wasn't serviced each day which I would definitely expect for the cost. Only supplied with 2 coffee bags and 1 toilet roll. Had to go to reception to collect coffee each day. Window blinds had gaps to each side and as the hotel was floodlit all night long it was difficult to sleep (hence the fact they supply eye mask and ear plugs).
5.0
Good location, comfortable bed, and we found it to be quiet overnight. Staff were polite. Parking available (although expensive).
Bizarre garish rooms, which looked nothing like the photos available. There was pink plastic flooring in the bathroom, a glass door you could see through into the toilet (why?!), no door onto the bathroom at all, no decor really and the room had a bizarre echo and really ugly carpet. There was no privacy blind... so it was either you block all the natural light or everyone can see in the room from the outside.
Sadly, I wouldn't say it was worth the cost at all...I guess if you're in to the 'theme' of it all, maybe it'll be your cup of tea, but for us it was WAY too much. I'd rather have stayed in a travel lodge or someone which had the same basic facilities, for a more reasonable cost but still nicer to look at.

The location of this hotel is fantastic with an amazing bar serving cocktail’s and other drinks, right in the middle of the heart of Brighton, minutes from the north lanes and seafront lots of great places to eat and drink and shops and art galleries in bond street, a must stay
This hotel I could not fault and it’s location

The room was extremely hot with no airflow as well as the windows closed shut

Room was lovely & clean, bed was really comfy, shower very good.
No contact with staff - bit wierd & car park was VERY expensive

only its location
unfortunately, I found the reception staff most unhelpful. Also handles have been removed from bedroom windows, so you cannot access fresh air.

Really quirky room. Only a few yards from the Brighton Dome. The staff were great. RCP car park 50% off with code when you leave.
The large window looked onto the back of a pub so you felt people could see in, so we lowered the blind.

I loved the location! so easy to get everywhere
The room was super comfortable and loved the decor of the hotel
would stay again but maybe a different room?
the room was a bit dirty, hairs everywhere, bedsheets stained and the bathroom smelt like drains which was a bit unpleasant
room was lacking a bit with decor compared to rest of hotel - was a lot of empty wall!
