Lovely room. Liked all the little “extras “ like the coffee and chocolate etc
I must say that the breakfast was a little mediocre. We arrived at 9.30am (breakfast finish 10.30am so one hour left) There were no glasses for juice, no Greek yoghurt left, no brown toast and it would have been nice with something savoury for the toast like a few slices of cheese or ham or slices of cucumber / peppers etc. and not just jam.
The Pastries also looked very sad and not really high standard like you would expect when you’ve paid close to £300 for a room.
We ordered cooked breakfast and the poached eggs were cooked to perfection however the hollandaise was like soup and didn’t really taste of anything.

Breakfast was huge! The shower was lush and the toiletries were gorgeous. Plenty of towels and coffee/tea.Room was quite small and couldn't get the heating to work but I was too tired to go to reception and sort it out so I piled on the 2 dressing gowns and snuggled down for the night.
Expensive for the room size, would have been far too small for 2 people to stay

Location location location — a nice walk to the town
Will be amazing in summertime.
Showing signs of neglect — paint coming off in the room and the outside needs attention (inevitable as by the sea!)
One waiting staff girl was a bit rude when we went into the restaurant when we didn’t realise it wasn’t the bar. « Err — where are you going? »
Excuse me, can I help you may have been a better choice.
Waiting to checkout. Only one person on reception at checkout time.

The quirkiness of the rooms, most of the staff were lovely and very helpful. Connor at the front desk was particularly great!
Bed was extremely uncomfortable and you can hear everything through the doors and walls
Food was not good value for money at all.
2.5
Staff really friendly and helpful
Great location with free parking next door and lots of food/drink option on hand
Bed was comfy with fresh linen and towels
We didn't use the bar or restaurant but looking through the door it looked very nice
The shower flooded very quickly, and we had to use our hand towels to mop it up/wring out - it was a disabled access, wet room type set up, but this meant there wasn't even a door threshold or lip to keep the water in, and it very nearly came into the actual bedroom!
The toilet brush was absolutely filthy and something I will see in future nightmares I think
The heating didn't work in our room, and despite the maintenance team looking at it, it couldn't be resolved - the staff provided multiple small heaters, but they didn't offer us an alternative room which I was surprised by
Would I stay here again? Possibly, but I'd definitely look at other simular price point options for comparison

Great value and free parking - comfy bed quality linen

Comfy beds, great shower, tea/coffee range and delicious breakfast.
Fresh milk in the room would have been a nice touch.
1.5
The cleanliness of the bathroom. There was blood on the wall and a drainage problem which resulted in raw sewage coming up through the shower and sink.

Great location sitting overlooking the Marina. It’s about 1.5 mile walk along the front to the pier and central Brighton, we took an Uber in and decided to walk back along the beach path. Free parking just 2 min walk. The room we stayed in: a superior suite, was so nice. The bathroom was exceptional, large, well designed and so nice, I have to say that one of the best hotel bathrooms we have come across, and for a UK hotel a very pleasant surprise. Staff super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this for a short stay in Brighton.
Nothing to report.

The location was beautiful, it was a bit far from centre of brighton but really easy to get an uber

My wife was given a fantastic twin room (337) that overlooked the marina and exceeded expectations. Not sure if they got a free upgrade or not but it was super comfy, modern & clean; they loved it. The terrace/balcony with chairs was a bonus extra they weren’t expecting. The hotel staff were all very professional and friendly. They very kindly gave Prosecco vouchers too along with a birthday message in room, as the girls were visiting to celebrate a big birthday - a lovely & welcome touch! The room was quiet overlooking all the boats but in a good location as you could step out of the hotel right onto the boardwalk where there are plentiful food & drink options should you want choice (cinema closeby too). The free parking was an added bonus as well! The two of them visited on a last minute secret deal with half board, so for the price paid it was great value compared to others looked at. They would definitely stay again and recommend but most certainly on offer as couldn’t afford the usual prices (Saturday night in summer not the best time to visit Brighton though). Their whole stay was enjoyable and they couldn’t fault the hotel.
A little out of town so not central brighton, however a very easy bus ride to the centre and the hotel were more than happy to order a taxi if they had wanted it (declined as needed to go back to the car anyway)
