The only fault was we found out room a bit on the cold side.

the location is phenomenal. sitting out by the water was a highlight.
the dinner meal was underwhelming and I do not think it was a good value.

Great location. Very clean hotel and everything up to expectations.
Would highly recommend and use again.
Even better - they had 3 Electric vehicle charge points.
Nothing not to like.

Beautiful setting, inviting spaces, lovely staff. Definitely spend time in the common spaces.
Dining room so quiet - if played music would make people more comfortable conversing.

We absolutely LOVED everything out this property. We were visiting from South Africa, and were made to feel at home, and NOTHING was too much trouble. Breakfast and the dinners were exceptional.
Can't recommend Bunchrew enough, a MUST stay, and we'll definitely be back.
Thank you James, Bryn, Arran, Kara, Deborah, Fiona and all the other staff whose names we can't remember.

very comfortable, attentive staff, great water view, good food and drink
having a car would have been more convenient but we made it work with taxis

Nice looking property from the outside and situated in a nice secluded spot. Very lovely staff. Kind enough to give us the option of 2 rooms. The room we did choose was very large with a view on the water.
All of the rooms are quite aged. The Christmas decorations were quite ill-fitting for the level of accommodation. All the food we had at the bar and for breakfast were low quality for the price and expectation - such as jarred olives and nut mix, reconstituted orange juice, bacon and toast seemed to have been cooked many hours before they were served and therefore solid as a rock. Lack of healthier food options.

It is a very nice hotel, in a beautiful building and very nice decorating. It's like to go back in time and sleep in a small castle.

Warm and friendly reception. Try the bar menu burger, too die for..
Comfy room, but could be more castle like.
The shower was terrible, but that's water pressure issues.

Our room was spacious with fantastic views. Bathroom a bit old but very tidy. Great food, excellent service, great wine list. The perfect place when staying around Inverness.

The room was great. The staff were friendly. Food was very good - more desert options would have been great. Outside stiing are was very enjoyable.
The heating however made the room too hot and it was not possible to cool the room down. At this proce would expect to be able to get the right temp in the room.

Location of the hotel is pretty awesome and had a great view to the lake from our bedroom.
The rooms and facilities were really good with lots of character. very scenic location and not far from Inverness city center
Not very happy with the breakfast options. its ala carte instead of a buffet and choices were not much for that price . Plus the wifi was very poor as well and not connecting most of the time
