Enjoyed the stay but will not come back. I feel the resort is lacking some TLC, the finishes are old and they don’t have

Great beach

The property is older does not compare to all the other hotels in the area. Very small lobby. Food was good at best and not excellent and there wasn’t much variety.

Be aware of nasty and greedy official hotel workers that are waiting to CHEAT you!!

All inclusive package deal was only thing I liked.

Cheaters!! The desks across from front desk would tell you $400.00 US dollar hotel credit that you can use it towards activities, restaurants, spa etc. Once you trust and think you don’t have to pay then receive services, yes!! It is in your tab as room charge and if you don’t pay for it they won’t let you go. That is what happened to our family today. We had a flight to catch at 8:30 am so we were checking out at 5:40ish am. There was no one but one guy at the front desk and he said we had to pay almost $200.00 US dollar for the spa service that my sis in-law used so I explained the credit that was given to us as welcome package then he said he had nothing to do with it because front desk and the desks across from the front desk are not working together in the hotel (does this make sense?? Wearing same uniform and back and forth communication) Since it was early in the morning there was nobody in higher position I could address this issue so I had to give him my credit card and walked away. They are helpless and good at taking customers money although we spent almost $10000.00 US dollars for this trip. So filthy and greedy…

lovely beach holiday

loved this hotel. rooms spacious. hotel staff fantastic. food great. beach out of this world.

gym a little small. we had a terrible service with their transport from the hotel, I would not recommend that. there could be more elevators or at least a possibility to use stairs. in high season we had to wait quite some time to get into the restaurant we wanted.

Proximity to the beach was excellent and the activities and events were of a high quality. The staff were super friendly and always happy to meet your needs. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the food was delicious.

More activities for teens. Perhaps a youth area or activities for teens to meet and hang out. The gym area was too small to do a proper workout as there was hardly any floor space.

the staff was wonderful, buffet was 10/10, Luis was amazing and the days were a bit too chaotic at the pool

we loved the family Deluxe suites. the lobby was small but clean and pretty. we loved the staff. they were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Luis Ruiz was outstanding. I worked out in his 8am HIIT class on my first day of my stay and I was hooked. Luis is the most knowledgeable fitness trainer I’ve ever met and he made working out so much fun.

it was a bit too cramped at the pool and it’s in need of some updates. I felt like I could never escape the loud music and chaos and I prefer a larger resort with more sprawling grounds. I chose this resort because it is family friendly and on the best beach but with the seaweed issues it’s no longer a great beach.

The rooms restaurants and bars were great! all inclusive service was worth it lots of options and always good service.

it’s definitely a family resort and there aren’t always lounge chairs available. restaurants are first in best dressed so there is typically a long wait up to an hour some nights.

I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cancun

The staff was amazing and attentive. The food was good and they served top shelf liquor which was a bonus. The mini bar came fully stocked. The balcony was spacious and comfortable and views from balcony was amazing. Location of hotel is perfect. They are located near mall, restaurants, clubs, bars etc

Relaxing!

Our stay was very short, only 3 nights but being a family whom travels a lot. I must say this has been hands down the best experience we’ve had. Thank you so much to all staff! They were amazing and my children enjoyed every little bit. They knew my daughter Camila by her first name ❤️
