Superb

The location is close to the city centre and train station. Very easy to navigate on foot. The building is well built. Flat is clean and feels like a second home

Not much. Some wear is evident but shouldnt affect your stay. Flat can get hot during the summer but they provided us some fans.

Good

The location was very good. Very close to city centre and the docks. The staff are very helpful and respond very quickly to messages. Keep up the good work.

The apartment was very stuffy even with heating off. We paid extra for terrace, but all you see is a construction site. Needs some refurbishment.

OK but poor quality blinds in bedroom

the apartment felt safe. A fob and gate controls access to the access path, a fob unlocks the building door and a key locks/ unlocks the apartment door. the location is fabulous. close to station, close to centre, close to supermarkets and restaurants. it was nice and quiet

in June the sun rises at around 4:30am and the blinds in the bedroom are cheap and the light floods in. The living room has blockout, the bedroom does not. it impacted the quality of our sleep. there were some small things that were individually a slight annoyance. I list because collectively they were an annoyance. we had to buy toilet paper; no kitchen roll; the batteries in the remote were dead so we couldn’t access the streaming box; the corridor outside the apartment often smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, lots of pans for cooking but no oil for cooking, washing machine was there but there was no powder to put in. all felt like penny pinching. for the above reasons we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

A nice modern apartment in central location.

Close to Leeds city centre, station and all amenities. Parking available. The apartment is light and modern.

All good. No dishwasher or washing machine (we only stayed 4 days so it wasn’t a big deal, but for a longer stay it might have been a problem)..

enjoyed staying , will definitely book the sane apartment when I visit Leeds

modern place , good location near restaurants and shopping , well furnished kitchen can do cooking , washing machine for washing , bedroom are beautifully designed and comfortable.

better container or plastic bag for the dustbin , plastic bag broken and do drip into the dustbin.

Just a short walk from the station and the city, yet quiet at night. Well equipped, comfortable and excellent communication regarding access on arrival. This was my second stay, which should say a lot. It will not be my last.

Great stay, fantastic accommodation

The facilities were of a high calibre and everything worked. I didn't find a single dirty thing/place and the apartment looked amazing. Was exactly as the photos showed but in person the premises looks even better

There weren't any issues. Maybe have the booking out procedure sent electronically prior to arrival/departure but this was minor in actual fact.

Worth the money

Excellent location (close to the city centre and the train station), had everything I needed and more, I highly reccomend staying here. The staff was super friendly and informtive.

Nice apartment, beware of parking fees

A very comfortable and well equipped apartment

Parking was overpriced. In my view it should have been free, as is typical for apartment stays, as the parking space is a part of the apartment not an extra cost to the owner.

Fab apartment for easy access to Leeds city centre

excellent location, easy walking distance to everything. Great that parking was also available on site. Staff were brilliant and very helpful!

The sound proofing in the flat itself was poor so could hear when other guests got up even when they were trying to be very quiet! it was not as clean as I would expect, noticeably dusty etc which makes you question when it was last cleaned. we struggled to all be able to use a mirror to get ready, do hair and make up. not enough mirrors near plugs or low enough down for shorter guests.

Loved it!

The apartment was great, loads of room, clean and well furnished. Penny who met at the apartment was super helpful, even helped us when we got lost parking. Thanks again Penny you are a diamond.

Decent Apartment

The balcony and cleaniness was good

Me and my partner both had an allergic reaction to the bed bed sheets in one of the rooms. so i’m not sure if that is due to the sheets or the bed. Other than this everything else was perfect. It could do with a bit of a refresh considering its like £150 a night. But It would not deter me to book again as its spacious and close to loads of things around the area.

amazing for a weekend away, perfect stay

the apartment was so spacious. lovely windows and balcony, big and bright rooms. extremely comfy beds and every single facility we could’ve wished for

nothing at all!!
