Absolutely beautiful surroundings. Lovely little cottage with loads of potential. Friendly owner. Very comfortable bed.
Windows were broken so couldn’t open them in the heat, the one window we could open let in smoke from smokers next door. Shower only hot for one shower then went cold.
4.2
The comfy bed
The outside space
No wi fi access in room
Not much choice for breakfast
A lot of noise from other rooms

This was a beautiful self catering cottage, hidden away in the country lanes. A very relaxing area and surroundings. Good value for money in the area. A thoughtful breakfast catering for our dietary needs had been left by the owners in the kitchen for us even though it is self catering. We had bread, butter, milk, juice, yoghurt, pastries, cereals and preserves.

Very comfortable quirky accommodation.
Looks a little tired eg the ceiling needs repainting. Old TV needs updating.

I loved the place, the room was very confortable and big. We could put our son to sleep in the room and pass sometimes in the small kitchen. The owner was very kind and helpful, I really recommend the place. The place is less than 30 minutes from Blakeney.
The road to reach the area is a very narrow countryside road and we are not really used to drive on those kind of roads. But honestly I do not discard to visit "The Orangery" again, it is a very nice place.

Perfect AAA.
Would recommend to anyone.
The only issue was the phone signal and WiFi were a bit poor.

I was just expecting a bedroom rather than a lovely lounge /dining room as well. It was lovely and warm and welcoming once we got in. Plenty of room to spread out even though we were hardly there except to sleep.
I didnt like the fact that the bathroom had no ceiling. Also, when we arrived there was no one at reception or indeed any signs to say where to go. We stood in the cold for 20 minutes before anyone let us in and that was after asking twice. Probably my mistake but I thought we would be going to a dining room for a served breakfast with the option of something cooked.

private entrance to our room. comfortable and cozy.

A pretty, character cottage. Clean. Nice lounge.
As it was a B and B- We were expecting a lovely cooked breakfast, but instead it was make you own toast (white bread only) and a couple of cereals to choose from and some pre- packaged supermarket croissants. There was no proper shower, a hand held shower not attached to the wall, in a bath, which was difficult to run as there were no separate taps! There was limited toiletries, no shampoo or moisturiser, just soap. There was no internet signal in the cottage so difficult to organise anything. Being a cold day, the ground was quite icy and slippery, some gritting would have been good as there was only one outside light (not positioned near the door) and in the dark it was difficult to see the step and find the key hole!

Very comfortable accommodation, lovely owners we would definitely stay again.

Plenty of room. Compfy bed. Quiet with attractive garden. Good to have a table and chairs for breakfast.
The vertical blind wouldn’t close properly so not private. The door couldn’t be locked. On departure morning no hot or cold water luckily after I had washed.

The cottage is well equipped and very clean, lovely quiet location and friendly greeting on arrival.

Great location with very pleasant comfortable accommodation. Rooms were great and very clean. Very tranquil and peaceful with adjacent horse stables.
Provided cereals, milk, various types of teas. Owners Richard and Victoria are very friendly. Highly recommend it and will certainly stay there again.
Bonus dogs allowed too.
Great pubs/restaurants nearby. (The explorer and the three horse shoes). Not far to travel to the Coast.
Everything was great
