Super séjour . Magnifique propriété très bien entretenue. Nous reviendrons

Un bel accueil très agréable avec des hôtes très chaleureux. La maison est super . Le matin le lever de soleil était merveilleux dans ma chambre. Le paon a même fait la roue pour nous. Les petits déjeuners pris dans le club house sont copieux et délicieux. Tout le monde est à l écoute pour nous aider à visiter Oxford . Nous reviendrons dès que nous pourrons. Dans la chambre Je recommande vraiment

Le Wifi était un peu capricieux dans la chambre de mes cousins en face de ma chambre magnolia où je n avais pas de problème.

Perfect stay

Beautiful property on gorgeous land. The room was perfect, very comfortable with everything we needed and some lovely homely touches. Laura and Graeme were lovely, very flexible and accomodating. The breakfast was divine, with a lovely view of the equestrian course. Just wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be back 😊

Really scrumptious bedding

What a fabulous room we stayed in. Really scrumptious bedding, so much so, that I took the cover off when we left and I’ve ordered myself a new duvet. And breakfast was perfect. Can’t wait to come again and thank you.

It was a very lovely place to stay at away from the city.

The room was very homely, large and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. We had a very nice breakfast served to us in the clubhouse next door.

Our room was located out above the converted barn or stables away from the house.

Very comfortable and what we needed for a short break. Places were easy to get to.

Breakfast was very good, plenty and good local produce. Staff were friendly a good atmosphere.

The pillows were a little to soft

A bit disappointing, maybe they have better rooms, the one we stayed in is mediocre.

The room and bathroom were clean.

The potential of the place is great, but it is neglected, Bad smell. TV does not function. Cattle does not function well. It could have been helpful to inform with the confirmation that it is recommended to book dinner nearby in advance, as the location is remote, and it was almost impossible to find where to dine even in Oxford or Sunny Town,

We enjoyed being in a rural setting while visiting Oxford and surrounds.

Hill Farm was a lovely property, spacious grounds, plenty of room with the additional use of a lounge area.

Amazing location, amazing price, amazing breakfasts, amazing hosts!

The property and room was cozy and relaxing. The breakfast were spectacular and the hosts are so friendly and helpful. The location was actually great… It is in the country a bit, but only a $12 taxi ride from Oxford. And the price was spectacular compared to rooms in the city.

We got the standard room, by our own choice. (the room was exactly as it should have been for a standard room). But I wish we had booked a larger room, since we were there for four days.

The English charm, the surroundings… everything was exceptional! Our hosts were lovely & couldn’t do enough for us.

Ok but could have done without attitude of Laura. On the other hand, Graem was personable.

Breakfast was delicious.

Pictures of property did not seem to match what we experienced. Property in pictures looked pristine. In reality, needed updating and TLC.

Slight noise from the nearby A40 but I am a light sleeper. Could have done with a lighter weight duvet as it was very hot but I’m being picky now.

Pleasant farm stay close to Oxford

Lovely farm setting very close to Oxford Well appointed room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Part of a working horse park which adds interest to the stay. Good information made available about stay and surrounding amenities. Overall an enjoyable stay

Wifi is a bit patchy due to being in stone cottage.

very happy with room, location and great host, couldn't have been more helpful

all was good, host excellent and a great breakfast. While we were there at breakfast, it started raining and our host went and fetched some brollies, can't ask for any more than that. Nice location down a quiet lane, easy to find. Would stay there again.

Great place and lovely hosts

Quite a basic room, limited power points and no hair dryer. Not sure if we have been spoiled, but it was something we would expected at this price. There was also the issue of the non-draining sink, however the host was made aware of this and he did say it would be sorted

Would not stay here again

The view

Although tasty, half the items in the cooked breakfast were hot and some cold which spoiled it. Stupid positioning of mirrors above the sinks in the bathrooms - our room was ridiculously high that I could just see in it on tip toes and I am 5ft 5 - and my parents was ridiculously low that you could only see in it if your head was down by the taps. Our toilet was badly stained (brown) - very unsightly and could have been removed with the correct cleaning products Shower so small my partner couldn’t use. Streaks of condensation stains on the bathroom walls - not appealing. The bed mattress needs replacing - too soft or so overused that if you got too close to the edge you would just roll off onto the floor - which happened several times - so very bad night sleep had by all besides overused pillows which were completely flat. The road traffic noise from the dual carriageway close by constant and very audible with the window open. The breakfast room was a short walk from the accommodation - which we new to expect - but did not expect to have to walk over rough stones - that consequently scratched and ruined any polished foot ware you were wearing. The reason I didn’t say anything before leaving was because my partner didn’t want me to and embarrass him.

A very comfortable stay.

Accommodation very nice. Very clean. Views lovely. Breakfast great and proportions spot on.

Only a very minor issue and probably down to personal preference but both of us found pillows very soft. Everything else was great. The only reason we wouldn't stay again is that we don't envisage being in that area, again. But, if we are, would go back.
