Room was very warm and cozy on a cold winters night. Beds (double and sofa bed) were very comfortable, bathroom was clean and perfect. The host was very accommodating and polite in letting us arrive later in the night. All in all perfect for family our overnight stay.
breakfast was a continental (breakfast) provided in the room ..to be fair this is as advertised...but given the beautiful pub next door would be nice for hot breakfast on a cold winters morning...that said, the breakfast provided was amble and substantial for those who ate.

Beautiful room, very clean.
Only problem was no shaver socket to charge my toothbrush.

breakfast was good for a continental breakfast left in the room.
not much, it's what we expected!

The accommodation was perfect .We had a small sitting room, a bedroom on a mezzanine floor and a small outdoor area - perfect for ourselves and our dogs. The fields and woods just beside the Inn were perfect for dog walks .
Relaxing and convenient for our purposes.
It's a shame that breakfasts are not served.
We were left cereals and fruit which were adequate but a bit disappointing.
Also I booked a room with 2 Queen size beds but there was only 1 which was not what I had expected and so was disappointed.
4.4
The room was exceptional, lots of little extras, a lot of thought gone in to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
Absolutely nothing, honestly loved it
4.4
Continental breakfast was only available which is not my choice but I can understand why this is the only choice
4.4
The room was pleasant.
The breakfast was poor. There was only cereal, yoghurt and a bit of fruit.
4.4
The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. The room was well decorated and equipped. The in-room continental breakfast had a great selection.
Nothing

The room was comfortable.
The room was expensive for what was provided. The 'continental breakfast' consisted of packets of Kelloggs cereal, a stale bun, fruit and fruit yogurt. The plug in the bathroom basin didn't work and the basin's hot tap wouldn't turn off properly.

The accommodation is excellent very comfortable and clean.
The outside of the rooms could do with a sweep. Especially at the rear where the outside tables and chairs are. The chairs need a good clean. Looks like they’ve been out all winter. Although we knew the breakfast was a continental in the room it was pretty disappointing. Other accommodations manage to serve a breakfast that has a bit more appeal. There were no plates in the room. No evening meals served Mon/Tues either in fairness we were aware of that.

Very nice inn. You can eat very nice and the rooms are great. The place is charming located in what seems to be an authentic old inn. There is a hidden playground if you go around to a field located behind the Inn. You can access it from an adjacent side street. Nice landscape too both on and around the property.
More breakfast options would be nice. It was a continental DIY breakfast. Everything else was really good!

They are always very accommodating - we had booked a sofa bed which booking .com had not requested .
It wasn't the pubs fault it wasn't made up
THEY DONT DO FOOD ON A MONDAY WHICH IS A SHAME - AND ALSO WOULD LOVE A PROPER COOKED BREAKFAST IN THE MORNINGS

Location nice and quiet. Great to have the pub next door and a bluebell walk across the road. The teas provided were good quality.
The internet came and went so much it was not fit for purpose. The bed setee was not comfortable enough for a bed.

just loved the property, perfect for a couple or a small family
bed was super comfortable and both my partner and I thoroughly recommend the inn
nothing, we loved it

Beautiful quiet location, apart from the refuse collection at 0430 on the Tuesday morning. Lovely clean place with adequate refreshment.
I made it clear when I booked, that I wanted a walk in shower as I was slightly disabled and the bed was UPSTAIRS, with all facilities downstairs. I had not realised that ALL the rooms are clearly like that. If I was 30 years younger then it would have been lovely.

Really well-designed room on two levels with a little sitting room downstairs and door to outside terrace. Bedroom is upstairs and the bed was super comfy. it's beautifully lit and decorated.
I liked everything

the room is amazing, warm and cosy and has everything needed for a short break
Nothing. loved it all

couldn't fault the room, the comfort, heating, and the bathroom. like a holiday cottage really. don't stay here if you don't like stairs, the bed is on a balcony upstairs. Adequate stuff for breakfast, yoghurt, coffee, tea, fresh milk, water, piece of fruit and a little packet of cereal biscuits or a muffin
patio to the rear and patio doors to shared patio
The pub does not open at all on Monday and Tuesday which is a little annoying after a 5 hour drive, it's 3 miles to the nearest town where there is various shops, takeaways and so on, they give you a list of nearby takeaways but no facilities to eat them with, not even a fork or a plate. (Booking.com indicates food isn't available but you'd think the pub would be open if they have guests)
I tried to order dinner at the put the following night and was told the kitchen wasn't open yet.. at this point I got a bit miffed and went to a restaurant in town instead even though it was 45 minutes until the kitchen opened. It seems that overnight guests should fend for themselves rather than expect food and drink.

Beautiful suite with everything provided for a very comfortable stay.

Great pub and restaurant with duplex style accommodation. Dog friendly.
Pity they haven’t reinstated the full breakfast service. Shower over bath a bit difficult for us oldies.
