Was soll man sagen? Besser geht es kaum! Schönes Haus, schöne Zimmer, tolle Einrichtung und überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Das Frühstück wird für jeden Gast, nach seinen Wünschen frisch zubereitet, ist unglaublich lecker und reichhaltig. Klare Top-Empfehlung!

Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again

The breakfast was great- included freshly cooked and homemade items. The location was near shopping and restaurants. Beautifully decorated and had a private car park on-site.

Fantastic weekend, everything amazing. Breakfast was so delicious, best showers ever, beds and rooms gorgeous, whole house is delightful and the owners are absolute super stars. Will definitely be going back!

Perfect B&B

Absolutely everything was excellent. Bed was great. Room was comfortable down to the finest detail. A beautiful buliding and Avril and David couldn’t have done more to make us welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. Great hosts. We hope to see you again soon.

A restful stay in a lovely home with interesting hosts. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Charming house, unique and lovely decor. Hosts were delightful and breakfast delicious, with home baked bread and a nice choice of cooked food. Especially good freshly ground, French press coffee.

We loved Tom Blake house and they were so nice to us.

Breakfast was wonderful. David had 3 choices and coffee was amazing. The owners were absolutely warm and welcoming. They gave us amazing places to eat. We had a wonderful night at Jacks with the best Irish music one could ask for.

I will be back again, lovely & convenient to the town

it is one amazing House. The interior is beautiful, the bedroom gorgeous. Highly recommend this House where the food and hospitality and warmth of the two beautiful hosts cannot be beat. The homemade Bread is awesome. Full 10 for everything

Wonderful place to stay

This stay was fantastic the house is so nice and Avril and David are lovely people we loved staying there, the rooms were fab so clean and beds were really comfy too. I would highly recommend staying and will be back again.

Tastefully decorated old manor home that is extremely welcoming and beautifully outfitted. Breakfast was fabulous and the room itself was large, well-appointed and cozy. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Kells!

Would highly recommend a stay here, all the benefits of a hotel but with the extra benefit of a family run venue, very welcoming warm atmosphere and beautiful decor... Room was bigger than most and the hosts were so nice would definitely stay again thanks for a lovely stay ☺️

Fabulous stay, gorgeous house and friendly hosts.

Fab location and easy to find. Within walking distance of kells town but still in a quiet area of town. The hosts were really friendly and helpful and cook a delicious hearty breakfast offering full Irish breakfasts, Veggie breakfasts, Sweet breakfast (I think it was pancakes or french toast), cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, freshly made tea and coffee, fresh juices. Beautifully decorated house and rooms too. I didn't take a shower while there but my friend did and he said it was incredible with great pressure. The rooms were lovely and warm as well as being clean and spacious. Would 100% recommend this place to stay in and if I am in the area again I hope to stay here again!

I only realised when I was leaving that they had a dog on the property outside, I love dogs and wished I had have seen them earlier to give them pets! Honestly the stay was that good the only complaint I could possibly give was that I didn't get much time to pet their dog.

Excellent, personal,cosy and affordable

Excellent stay. Beautiful interior, amazing breakfast and great value. You will not find all of that together in any hotel I guess. Place to return to. Magical bathroom. Next time I will discover one of the other rooms.

A wonderful stay, David and Avril are great hosts friendly and attentive. Huge comfy bed and spacious shower and the vegetarian breakfast was fabulous too, made to order
