The pictures online are somewhat deceiving as the property seems to have aged significantly since original listing. The wear and tear along with the amenities are noticeable. Appliances did not work, batteries were not provided for remotes that were dead, sheets/towels very worn, light bulbs in bathroom did not work properly, and kitchenware (utensils/pots) were dirty in the drawers. We had to clean kitchen then provide and replace batteries and light bulbs in the property to make certain comforts work.

This was such a great place to celebrate my sister's Bachelorette in Boone. It was the perfect distance from local amenities while still being secluded.

Breathtaking scenery!
We had an enjoyable stay with our family. The pictures of the cabin was a bit deceiving we thought it was bigger. The downstairs was a bit dingy and had a musty smell. The overall cleanliness let much to be desired dishwasher needs to be replaced it’s loud and the utensil rack is broken in a few places making it difficult to place utensils in properly. Kitchen table needs to be replaced as everything sticks to it. We had a party of 6 not enough seating outside.

Great getaway
Beautiful scenery. House very clean. Only issue was neither DVD players worked. Lots of bumblebees - which is a good thing! That little red cardinal wanted in so bad. Lol. Hot tub, ping pong and pool was all amazing. We will be back !

Great location, amazing views!
The location of this property is perfect! Amazing mountain views, and not too far from grocery stores and shops. The cabin was spacious and fit our 2 families comfortably. We did have a few issues, but management was wonderful with communication and helped us! We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub, the children enjoyed the movie and game room downstairs. A few reviews mentioned the driveway being very steep, but we were able to get in and out without a problem. We had a great week! Thank you! :)

3 Peaks Lodge Review
Thank you for hosting us we had a wonderful weekend! The only complaint we have is with the cleanliness of the home. Several beds weren't made and it looked as if it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. The couches downstairs had food on/under them and there were stink bugs everywhere. I understand the bugs, it's that season but it was hard to walk barefoot around the house because you'd end up stepping on them. Aside from not being as clean as we'd like, it was a beautiful location and very nice stay.

Views to remember!!
Excellent overall stay. We took family and grandparents and were astounded at the views of the mountains. Having a firepit outside was a simple yet really nice perk. We found that to be our focal point for gathering. Some of the furniture is a little worn but we didn't care. After all its about the location and views! Thanks for the listing!

3 Peaks Lodge
Overall we enjoyed the stay, it was a nice cabin, but we probably won’t return. We were warned up front about the driveway. It was steep, but backing out or turning around were much more of the difficult issue. My primary problem and probably the reason we won’t return was the amount of bugs inside the house. There were a tone of dead lady bugs on the floor. My wife actually had to sweep the entire main floor before we unpacked. There were also a lot in the down stairs bedroom where my children stayed. In addition, there were still a lot of live lady bugs. When we turned on the ceiling fan in the kids room, my son on the top bunk was swarmed and was freaked outs They would huddle in the corners of walls, on fans, on beds...if our stay would have been longer, I would’ve requested it be cleaned, but we were there from Fri-Sun so we just tried to make the best of it. I still feel that at almost $1,000 for two nights (rate & fee’s), the cabin should be perfect. It was not. Also the wall and ceiling above the fireplace and around the big window was absolutely disgusting. While it may not be seen well from the main floor, it was quite apparent from the master bedroom. I emailed the management company about my concerns and was advised someone would contact me this week, but it’s been several days and I’ve had no contact to date. For future guests, please ensure the cabin is actually cleaned.

Great for a Ski weekend
Convenient location to ski slopes, cabin was cute and perfect fit for our group. The view was amazing! We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Beds were comfortable. Pillows are very flat, but there is an extra pillow in the closet of each room. The keyless entry is really nice - We liked not having to keep up with a key since we had a group of couples.
Only con was housekeeping - We found a few little bugs (just ladybugs and such) on the floors near the doors and windows when we got there, and noticed visible paw prints on the hardwood floors from the last dog that was there. Also had a hard time finding the linens to the downstairs bunk bed, but housekeeping returned our call and was able to help us find the linens (they were in the dresser!).
Still overall, highly recommended and we would stay again!

Beautiful views in a great area in the mountains
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the 3 Peaks Lodge. Not sure if we would stay again - our group was torn.
Positives: Great location - close to all the area attractions, beautiful views on the decks, nice separation on 3 levels for different groups / ages. (the teenagers staged downstairs which was perfect for them). The lounge area with the fireplace was really nice and relaxing. Great sunlight coming in during the day. Pool/ping pong were fun.
Negatives: The downstairs bathroom did not work the entire time we were there (7 nights). Was very frustrating. Had two people come out on a few occasions and finally at the end of the visit they asked to take apart the whole toilet. Since it was the last day we chose to wait until we left. But 10 people is a lot to share 2 bathrooms and had we known there would only be 2 working bathrooms, we likely would have stayed elsewhere. Another negative was that we were prepared for the weather with 4WD vehicles, yet we still could not make it up the driveway in inclement weather and ended up in the ditch so had to get a tow truck to pull us out on New Years Day. The driveway is definitely tricky to navigate in inclement weather and can be dangerous! They did warn us of this - but just want to warn others as well! We thought we had done everything we needed but apparently not. The crib (as shown in the photos and described in the master room) is actually in the downstairs bunk-bed room. We could not bring it up the stairs without disassembling the crib. They ended up bringing a pack and play which worked fine, but the layout was just different than we expected. The downstairs had a very musty smell - think it was just old carpets / furniture but felt dirty/musty down there. The temperature in the entire house was very hard to regulate. Was either really hot or cool. With the fireplace going, it did not regulate appropriately with the heater and could be 70 in parts but 80-82 degrees in others - particularly on the top of the stairs it was HOTTT.
