About this house rental
Enter Mountain Time through the front door and step into the open living room with wood burning fireplace, kitchen, and dining area. Step out on the covered deck for a fireside meal. Also on this level you will find the master bedroom and bathroom, along with a queen bedroom, bathroom, and bunk room perfect for the little ones. Downstairs, enter the game room as you walk past the bar, where you find billiards, shuffleboard, air hockey, ping pong, and another king bedroom and bathroom. Step outside to enjoy the HOT TUB and a hammock to help you relax. The kids can throw football in the yard, or explore the gorgeous grounds. ***Please note, this property does not have a bath tub (3 showers) and firewood is not regularly provided, but can be purchased in town at one of several grocery/hardware stores.
***Up to 2 small dogs are permitted with paid pet fee- please select pets at the time of booking to apply the pet fee.
Hot tub: The hot tub is serviced and photo documented prior to each guest's arrival. There is a $300 fee if the hot tub has to be cleaned or drained/refilled due to negligence. Please enjoy responsibly!

Although someone will not be on site during your stay, we are very responsive to calls, texts, and emails.
"Mountain Time" is located at the top of a ridge in a quiet, rural setting with neighbors nearby, but none in view of the property. Maximum of 6 adults, plus children. ***A 4-wheel-drive vehicle with chains may be needed to access this property during winter or inclement weather. Please be safe!
