Beautiful house, lovely quiet surroundings - everything had been well thought of and it was a lovely place to stay when visiting the local area.
Hosts were lovely and welcoming and made it feel like we were staying with friends.
Nothing to dislike.

A beautiful house in a lovely tranquil country setting, only a short drive from Harrogate.
The owners were very friendly with a great eye for detail.
Nothing, everything was lovely.

meet in the car park on arrival by Janet, had everything explained to us THEN taken up to our room & left alone to enjoy our overnight stay, Janet asked us if we had any plans for evening meal & we told her we was going to THE CURIOUS COW which was on her list of places close by & told us that was a nice pub & only a 5 minute drive away WHICH was great after a 3 hour drive from home to Harrogate. The room was Fantastic & had brilliant views & well worth the money because it was only £1 dearer than the Premier Inn Harrogate BUT with a more personal Touch & Greeting. When it came to breakfast, toast was on the table at the time we requested, followed by breakfast about 1 minute later after sitting down & it was completely enjoyable COMPLETE with coffee & tea & also orange juice THE same as a hotel but BETTER with a Personal Touch, if there was spaces again in August, we was going to rebook again but checked & Fully Booked up, so hotel it is But will definitely keep this place in mind for future events to us to rebook
Nothing AS EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

Excellent breakfast I could not find fault with it.
An exceptional amount of thought and effort had gone into every detail.
The room is too small.
I believe a double bed is just too small for us.
Access to a quiet lounge would’ve made our stay more enjoyable.

Exceptionally good breakfast. Although not keen on shared dining tables and enforced sociability first thing in the morning!
The room was beautiful with big windows and lovely views.
Nothing we didn’t like

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. There was a lovely little scone with strawberry jam to welcome us. We could make tea in our room. The breakfasts were excellent, especially the eggs benedict. The room was very nicely decorated with lots of stylish little touches. The garden was lovely and had outdoor seating areas that we could use. It was a beautiful old house in a secluded location.
The room was quite small and the bed was a standard double which we found a bit small.

Beautiful room with lots of lovely touches. Excellent fresh home made choice of breakfast served in style.

Hazel Manor is a beautiful house and impeccably decorated. Our room was lovely, very comfortable and quiet as we looked out over the gorgeous garden and fields beyond. We were greeted with scones set on a cafe table with fresh flowers in front of the window in our bedroom which was a lovely touch. The bed was extremely comfortable resulting in the best nights sleep. The bathroom was great with a fabulous large walk-in shower and luxury toiletries. Breakfast was amazing, fabulous produce cooked to perfection. Janet and Paul were great hosts, very welcoming. The house is perfectly situated to get into Harrogate and also explore the surrounding area. We had a wonderful couple of days and would highly recommend staying there. We would definitely return if in the area again.
Thank you for welcoming us into your beautiful home Janet, Paul and your lovely dogs.

Hosts were great! So welcoming and friendly! The little touches to the room were amazing, scones and homemade shortbread! Breakfast was unreal! We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again!
Wish we stayed longer!

A very warm welcome from the minute we pulled up on the drive. Beautiful room with welcome scone, lovely setting and a breakfast to rival any restaurant.
Absolutely nothing. Will definitely be back.

Stunning house in a beautiful location. Janet and Paul were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. Our room was amazing with excellent views. Upon our arrival we were greeted with fresh cream scones and tea in our room which was a lovely touch. Cant speak highly enough of Hazel Manor. The breakfast was superb and brought to our room. Would definitely like to revisit and stay longer next time around. Highley recommend this place.
No negatives at all to speak of but if I had to say 1 thing at a push it would be that Hazel Manor can be tricky to find from the main road as the entrance is really easy to miss.

Janet and Paul were such lovely hosts and they couldn't do enough for us! The little touches really make this place and there were so many of them. The room was so beautiful, the breakfast was delicious. 10/10

Well furnished, very comfortable, everything we required was there and it was exceptionally clean. A warm welcome with scones, and the breakfast was delivered to our room and was fantastic with there being plenty of choice.
Nothing, everything was very positive.

Beautiful place, lovely accommodation, great breakfast and hospitality

Location was very pleasant, only a few minutes drive into Harrogate. The room was as described, large, clean and well presented. Tea and scones ready on arrival was a nice touch. Very nice en-suit bathroom with shower. The breakfast was tasty and well cooked. We decided to eat in our room and the breakfast was delivered to us on trays with tea / coffee and orange juice. We were made very welcome by the owners. Gardens and grounds are well kept but sadly the weather stopped us exploring further. We will certainly stay there again during future visits to Harrogate. Would highly recommend.
We weren’t sure if there was a common room, sitting room in the main house to be used by guests. This was never discussed and in fairness we never asked.
No negatives to report about our stay
