Good location, furnishing and fittings a bit dated and worn, but pleasant enough for 1 week stay.

Comfortable amount of living space for 3 pax. Very near to Swan River, King's Park and other parks. Some dining options nearby. 2 nearby cafes. Reasonably near to walk to Elizabeth Quay.

Bathrooms were cold, fittings old and bit dated and run-down. Staff wasn't very helpful, not offering any information about amenities nearby until asked. When I asked about dining options, she gave me a pre-prepared list of nearby eateries. When I asked about groceries, she gave me a pre-prepared list of stores nearby. Wondering why these are not given as part of checking in, which is commonly done by most hotels, and need me to ask specifically instead. Didn't tell me about public transport options like the CAT bus and free city buses. I only knew about them because her colleague kindly shared with me later on.

Ubicación perfecta!

La ubicación sin duda es su mejor virtud, estas a 15 minutos a pie del botánico, del puerto donde salen los ferrys y a unos 20 del centro. La habitación es grande y tiene todo lo necesario, esta limpia y la cama es muy grande y cómoda. Sin duda una gran opción.

No funcionaba el secador de pelo y las sartenes se pegaba todo. La nevera nos congelo algunos alimanetos pero esto es recurrente en todos los hoteles australianos donde hemos estado.

Good overnight stay in Perth

Free car parking in the same building. Good bed. Ease of check-in, check-out. Included a good buffet breakfast. Room was a good size.

Shower head was very fine spray which was quite painful. Needs better adjustment.

Good for one night

A bit old and tired. Room smelled of cooking smells (curry). Needed a good dusting everywhere. Quiet location even though it was close to main roads. Comfortable bed. Very nice buffet breakfast!

Could do with refurbishing. Even a new toilet cistern would make a difference, appointments are a bit old

Overall a lovely positive stay, completely sufficient for our needs.

Breakfast was really good, my family were really impressed with the choices and the room service was A1 as we were all exhausted from travelling it was so nice to have the option of having it delivered to our room.✅✅✅✅✅ Exceptional

The dining table chairs in our second room were broken on arrival, we went to pull the chair out to sit down at the table and the whole backing on the chair wobbled. So prob need to upgrade the dining suite in that room, also need a chux clothe in the kitchen to maintain cleanliness while in residence as the scourer alone just doesn’t do allow you to wipe a table or bench down, especially on the glass dining or glass coffee tables.

Room 203 was a modern, well-appointed studio flat with a comfortable 6ft bed.

aircon in bedroom no renovations while people are paying good$$ to stay

The unit was comfortable and big enough for a few days

The 2nd bedroom had no aircon and the weather was quite hot. The level we were on was being renovated and the painting of the hall way was quite strong with a fan facing down the hall to our unit. The use of electric tools was very loud as well

Location was near the concert we were going to. Room was well appointed. Beds and pillows were very comfy.

Nice room

The room was a good size, layout and comfortable. The vending machine was convenient. The breakfast buffet was good. A reasonably good walking distance to city and station for daytime. There is a bus stop right out front of apartments.

The restaurant at apartments wasn't open in the evening. The location isn't as hospitable for access to restaurants on foot at night particularly if traveling alone. Having a car would be beneficial if staying here.

Comfortable and convenient, with excellent breakfast spread an extra.

Arrived late at night and realised I'd left my handbag at the Hertz depot at the airport. Gentleman on desk found number for Hertz there and spoke to guy to ask if he could wait until we returned, this being 12.30am! I was very appreciative of his assistance.

Reasonable for the price, but a little out of the way. The bed was comfortable.

We stayed 2 nights and found the bed was comfortable, and staff were helpful.

We had to carry our suitcases up a number of steps to access reception (there was no lift from street to reception), which could be challenging for less agile people. The location was a little out of the way, we arrived on a Monday night, we found it difficult to find restaurants that were open within walking distance. The room was dated, but for the price was reasonable and clean. We could hear the neighbour talking at night and could smell pancakes cooking.

Comfortable spacious apartments with plenty of room for 4 adults. Good location with reasonable access from Mounts Bay Road. Comfortable beds.

Bedrooms were excessively hot despite constant use of fans and air con on in living area. Signage around suitable waiting point for vehicles to check in could be better.

Good

Location was close to our destinations with great access to uber and transport so minimal time wasted waiting around. Personal parking in a gated, secure carpark with NO additional fee.

The information provided in the compendium (especially regarding wifi and the restaurant) did not match reality. We were not provided any details or access to wifi, where other guests with our party were) . The breakfast menu suggested a la carte choices when in reality, our only choice was a $25 buffet which provided the bare minimum of selection.

Death Trap of a place.

Black Mould!! The air con units in bot our rooms were full of dangerous Black Mould. My husband is very unwell from this. if you value your health do not stay here.

not pretty but functional

the apartments are close to the cbd, and Elizabeth quay, so there are alot of restaurants around. the staff on reception were excellent.

we were initially put into a tiny, dark, dank apartment on the ground floor. it was horrible. we had to ask for a new apartment, something we hadn’t done in 20 years. we were moved into an apartment on the 6th floor which was triple the size and had alot of natural light.
