On the 9th floor and the window is very dangerous, especially with a child. It opens very easily. It needs a safety lock.
Breakfast was ok.

Nothing
The place is dirty, I arrived at 11 pm and the apartment was dirty. I had to wait for more than an hour for them to clean . After they cleaned, I went back to the room, and it was still dirty. Fungus in the refrigerator, moles on the sofa stain in the bads. Ita was the worst experience ever. My family could not sleep cause of the dust in the apartment. I took a couple of pictures, and I will post them.

Nothing
The bathroom was dirty and sticky. The blanket on the bed smelly. The fridge was rusty and smelling.
There were multiple sign posts in the room highlighting that it was not safe to leave your valuables in the room and if you do leave valuable the management is not responsible if they get stolen - what a way to gain guests confidence. I had to spend a whole day in the room afraid that if I leave my valuables would be stolen by God knows who.As a result I had to shorten the stay in order to go to a better hotel.
Would not recommend.

The hotel was below our expectation. We were forced to book another hotel. We booked at GoldenTulip Hotel and checked out out without staying at the hotel. To our dismay, the hotel insisted we have to pay for one night for all the four rooms we booked. We were exposed to unnecessary two hotels expense because of below expectation hotel.

Nothing I liked about this hotel except located in a central area, the staff are friendly and helpful, low room rate. There is nothing else good about this hotel. It is in sorry state. Neglected and left to rot. The pictures in the website easy to impress customers. The real facility is competely opposite.
The moment you enter the hotel you regret the decision to choose it. The place is dark, has bad smell. The elevator to the rooms smell, the rooms are old, dirty and neglected for too long.
I booked 5 rooms for 4 nights but moved out after the first night. The rooms are dirty, very old, dark. Has bed covers, blankets from many years. Stained and frightens to use. Old out of date furniture. Ac in my room was not working.
The bathroom is not functional. Bad damaged showers throwing water in all directions. Hand shower not working. Found no soap. This was supplied later. Very old towels which should have been thrown years ago. Not fit for guests. No attention given to property.
Bathroom floor stained with old dirt and wetness everywhere. Light is dim and shaving lights not working. Water tap so old one thinks twice before using it.
This hotel should not be in this website and should not be offered to customers.
I was in deluxe room and had no tea or coffee facility.
Very limited buffet breakfast. The pieces of omelette and cut boiled eggs and potatoes mixed with minced meat in serving trays were all cold. You can have toast, butter and jam. You can get fried eggs when you order. Found only in this hotel water melon cubes mixed together with papaya pieces in the same serving tray. The table we set to have breakfast had flimsy, very old cloth spread, untidy, not ironed.
The hotel needs serious work on it. For a few more dollars you can book into a clean, newer hotel that is pleasing in same neighbourhood.
Not recommended.

Comfortable bed and quiet room.
Internet works quite well although it is never fast in Tanzania.
Reasonable vegetarian dinner food.
Nothing with respect to hotel but many roads in Tanzania are always quite dangerous owing to the lack of space and the vehicles
