Mauvais accueil. Chambre petite, équipements et meubles vieux. WiFi de mauvaise qualité. Mauvais emplacement (rien autour) Propreté moyenne. Pas de prises électriques universelles. Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité

A hotel with a better breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent but no other meals were available in the hotel. The location and the hotel carpark were good too. Earlybird price was good.

The rooms were pretty old and the double bed was also too small for two persons. The bathroom was quite small too. In some rooms the water comes inside the room when it is raining. Some rooms were a bit dirty.

Air conditioning wasn’t working and it was very hot inside room, bathroom had a very strong smell of sewage, headboard of bed had stains and one pillow case had what looked like a cigarette burn

The room was very clean and the staff were amazing and didn't spare any effort on supporting, helping and giving recommendations.

whole house is old and showing its age. kitchen was there but without utensils. windows had no handles. only 1 of 3 tv worked. restaurant is there but had to get food from somewhere else and we should pay delivery fee

Hotel infrastructure (humidity in the walls, construction works were not finished and the windows didn’t seal properly leaving the outside noise to enter the room at any time, furniture old and used, etc)

There were AC in the room, the bed was really comfortable and the view from the window was also nice. The hotel is close to the sights and the ferry port.

I will recommend this hotel every-time.

I mostly liked the service and the team in general. Lucy from the reception was very helpful in everything and he made sure my long time stay was good and comfortable as much as she could. I liked the fact that she usually checked on me in the morning to see if am okay and woke up for my duties. Shes just a good person to have at the front desk.
