Beautiful, peaceful location with amazing views! The house was lovely inside and out! Everything was clean and well kept. It was the perfect size for our family. Entry/patio was very nice with a lot of places to sit and enjoy the view.
It was so nice we didn’t want to leave:)

The house is big (fits up to 4 couple), comfortable, quiet, and private. It has streaming services on tv (Disney+), and it is in a good location (7 minutes from Walmart and 25 minutes from Monarch Mountain).
Cleanliness, there were no blinds in the master bathroom, oven and microwave were not working. Old foods were stored in the kitchen (more than one year out of validation). Also, I would organize things better to make them easier to find (like the utilities for the grill, for example).

Beautifully furnished. Quiet and spacious
We had a hard time reaching anyone to make sure we were at right place. A sign would have been nice and outside instructions to make sure we weren't walking in on someone.

I’m not sure how I rented an entire house on booking. It was outside of town on a dirt road with another house further up. Quick run into town - just 3 miles. Beautiful views. Saw a few deer in the morning. We were greeted by a dog who obviously lived in the home - not sure where he came from. The motor home??…
It was more than we needed - listed as villa. Being from the east, it spooked us not having window coverings in some areas - bathroom. It was nice to have peace and not hear other people upstairs or next door; however, I don’t think the house gets a good cleaning. There were dog hairs on the bed comforter. Only the sheets and towels are required to go in the laundry….. The home was clean in common areas but the bedroom needs a thorough cleaning. The dust was thick and the fan above the bed was layered. We never saw anyone. We think the owners were in the motor home on the property, but not sure. If the home is going to be listed as a rental, it should be adequately supplied and cleaned in between guests.

The heating system was sub par and left us feeling very uncomfortable the first night. It was COLD. The second night was better since the heat had been on all day.

This is an absolutely beautiful property. Gorgeously decorated, extremely comfortable furnishings, very spacious. 180 degree views of valley, mountains and sky. Very secluded and private and QUIET. We prepared all our own meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Easy to find. Just a really lovely home. The pictures online don't even do this place justice! It's the best place I've ever stayed in Salida.

We were provided a pin code but the doors where open, so we just went in. The location was perfect, the views and outdoor patio were great. The inside and furniture were great, we very much enjoyed our stay.
The heat and furnace weren't turned on and it was a trial to get them working. We finally had to call the number provided for help. The person who answered was a former employee but still was very nice and helped us out and gave us the correct number in case we had other issues. There were open electrical wiring exposed in a couple locations which seemed unsafe. And, a bit nit picky, but while the place was clean and tidy, it could have used a vacuum.

The house was spacious - the kitchen exceptional.
Needed to have more light available at night. Not all windows had screens.

Amazing scenery. Very quiet and peaceful. Excellent location. Loved sitting on the front porch watching deer in the field below with the mountains in the background. Would definitely return.
No AC but the evening was very comfortable.

The location was great. The views are beautiful and the house is very well appointed. The fire was going when we arrived which was a lovely touch.
The parking could be marked more clearly. We didn't realize that the owners would be staying in an RV right outside out bedroom windows. The gentleman in the RV poked his head out and saw us coming but did not say hello or welcome us at all which felt pretty weird since he was right there. It was fine for a night but if you were there longer it might feel somewhat uncomfortable.

The location and property were absolutely perfect. Very conducive to quality retreat discussions.
Finding the wifi information could have been a lot easier. Maybe leave it on the fridge, kitchen counter or dining room table.
