Riad Fes was outstanding in every way. The service, room, food, pool, terrace bar overlooking the Medina, and location were all perfect.
Nothing, it was perfect.

Un scrigno nella città antica. Dettagli e sapori.
Richiedono pagamento totale molto anticipato.

This was our 2nd stay in 3 days. This visit was the same as the first, perfect. Stayed within the Riad this time just to relax, and it was what we needed after moving around over the.last week.
Nothing.

Beautifully restored and tastefully decorated riad in the medina. The staff is amazing, very friendly, professional and giving personal attention. The swimming pool area is beautiful. If you go to Fes in the summer, the swimming pool is a must. The rooms are spacious and decorated with the best local materials, the tiles are amazing. Breakfast has a great selection of local fresh products. We visited other riads in Fes for dinner or lunch but none approached the perfection of this place. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Fes and I already long to go back.
Nothing, everything was perfect.

The Hotel and its facilities are a design and architecture gem in a great position of the Fez Medina. Possibly one of the most stunning places we ever stayed at.

We had a great time at Riad Fes. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was great and the decor was beautiful. We dined at the restaurant which was also a lovely experience with great food, drinks and live music. It was raining non stop so we didn’t get to see the rooftop but had a great time regardless. We would definitely go back.

Staff are friendly but too passive. More directive leadership should be given to staff.
Visible electricity wires in the room, from TV, lights, etc., should not be allowed in hotels of this class.

Beautiful Riad (hotel) the decorations are beautiful we stayed on the main level in a nice suite was very kind to be upgraded. Staff is lovely. Warm pool is lovely (we visited in Winter) roof top is cool also.
Good not as good as I expected. Breakfast was nice. Lunch and dinner only okay for me but still not bad.

everything! the food, location, the staff and the property: all were 10 out of 10. I would stay here again for sure. the staff were beyond accommodating. they got us a fantastic tour guide last minute and even carried our bags to our next stay which was a 12 min walks. the rate was also very fair considering what you get.
nothing to dislike.

This might be the most beautiful hotel I've ever seen. Truly exceptional, from the antiques to the tile work to the pool, to our room, which was massive. We chose the most basic option and it included a giant soaking tub, a separate marble bathroom, a huge king sized bed and an entire closet. The property is truly luxury Morocco and a daydream to spend time in. We paid $350 for 2 nights and it was WELL worth the price
there is no bathroom door. There was a large carved relief that acted as a wall between the bathroom and the bed, but it left little privacy. It was fine for us, as a couple. Might have been a little awkward if I was traveling with a friend or if someone got sick in the middle of the night

Setting was lovely, staff were great. The Hamam was super luxurious. Located in a beautiful Riad in the old Medina, it was a great place to start various tours of Fes (with guides recommended by the concierge). Small details were lovely - snacks, fruit etc... And another plus was that they treated both people in our couple equally always asking both what they would want in a guide / in a dinner recommendation etc... Overall one of the top hotels I have ever been to and would recommend to anyone.

everything. the riad is stunning, our room was exceptional and the staff extremely nice.
The hammam experience was “authentic” and professional.
if I have to find something, I did not appreciate that much the buffet for breakfast.
