This has a great location for starters . Sandy met me as arranged and was very helpful. My room had everything you would need for a city break ,I really loved the decor and the key system is easy to use and means you don’t have to worry about loosing your key . I will definitely be recommending to my friends and hope to come back myself for some “me time “

Great location friendly helpful staff

The staff were extremely attentive and the facilities were really clean. We got a lot more for our money than we expected. The place was well run and the location was optimum for what we came to Brighton to do. Perfect place to be if you want to experience Brighton night life while having a safe haven to relax in
Our key cards often didn't work which meant we had to wake up one of the staff members. Not great when one of us smokes because we hate being a nuisance and having a fear of being locked out. The radiator was strangely attached to the headboard of the bed so we did bang our heads on it multiple times during the night

Really comfy bed and the room was a good size, the location was almost opposite the pier and within walking distance from all the shops, restaurants and entertainment
The room was a little warm, we went on a very hot day and the small fan that was provided didn’t keep us very cool however this didn’t tarnish our experience

The shower and toilet was very nice, room was nice but bare
Almost all of the blind pulleys were broken and one of the blinds only shut half way causing us to have problems after a shower because we was worried about being seen.
