Hotel was absolutely fine but probably would not stay there again.

In a good location close to Birmingham Hippodrome. Room was clean and rooms are quiet. Plenty of space in the room. Nice breakfast buffet.

Booking was badly organised, had to wait in huge queue for ages. You can’t get a coffee as cafe/bar isn’t open if you arrive early and have to wait. Hotel seems to focus on people going out for the night rather that a hotel that offers facilities all day. It was fine but probably would stay again.

Lovely hotel, perfect location

Location, facilities, staff were helpful. Bed was comfy, room was spacious. Free drink voucher was a nice touch

Perfect

The property was very pretty and was close to the city centre which we liked, our room was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive.

Did what we needed & loved location, perfect for one night stopover.

Location as close to car parking & train station if needed. Theatre Ron’s the corner & short walk to shops.

Looking a bit tired, stain on bedroom carpet & under the sink although it was clean it’s in need of deep cleaning. Water too hot as even the cold was hot.

Not to my expectations and does not justify the brand

The location was very nice

The air conditioning didn’t work in the room that I was given. I couldn’t sleep and had to be movers to a different room in the middle of the night so I had a bad night as I couldn’t sleep all night. No one offered any apologies the next day. The fridge in the room was not working but the staff managed to get me a spare portable fridge. Overall, not the best stay but it was ok ish but not the standard I expected of the brand

Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

The staff at the hotel were excellent, made our stay really special, nothing was too much trouble. Great location for shopping. Comfortable bed and excellent breakfast.

Very close to the train staion, staff were very helpful and friendly.i asked about using the mini bar for my medication, they advised it wasn't suitable for that and brought up a mini fridge for me

Great location, spacious rooms, great breakfast

Great location for what I required, breakfast was great, room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

There are quite a few floors in the building - with a couple of lifts - sometimes at peak breakfast time, the lift can be congested.

Great Location

Central location and the staff were helpful and friendly. Room was aesthetically pleasing and very clean. Great breakfast and hotel decor was modern.

The hotel restaurant was closed, however room service was available but at a charge. Seeing as the restaurant was not available, the charge could maybe have been removed? No walk in shower despite being a premium room. Mattress and pillows were a bit too soft for my personal liking.

Great trip :)

Very friendly, it was my birthday and they wrote a note to say happy birthday with chocolates! Great central area and we came back and the bar was great for a night cap before heading to the room.

The shower water pressure wasn't very good at all.

Has more cons than pros

Bar was great Room was clean and light Location was near the centre

Filthy carpet in bedroom Shower pressure was very poor Room was very hot Toilet had no extractor fan So when we showered it was stuffy and had to keep room door open No car park on site had to walk from grand central car park with our luggage Hotel was noisy from the traffic on the main road

A great nights sleep just lacked basic cleanliness

Bed was extremely comfy and lovely breakfast.

Wasn’t as high quality as the other Radissons I have visited. As soon as we walked in the room it smelt really bad if damp and the carpet was wet down one side of the bed which was where the smell was coming from. I’m guessing that someone was sick and it was cleaned up and wasn’t dried properly. However the gentleman on duty was great he moved us to another room and offered us free breakfast.

Great location and all in all a great stay

Clean and imposing - very close to the station and to the Hippodrome where we were going for the evening - staff great - room spacious and a great view with a wall of glass! Well appointed with drinks etc Breakfast was mega 👍

Not really a dislike but the room was quite sparse with large empty spaces at one end and, for us, the bed was way too soft and we found it uncomfortable.

A really disappointing experience k

Bed was comfortable and the room was a good size

My first time staying at a Radisson hotel and doubt I'd go back. I had booked a superior room and had emailed the hotel to ask to have a quiet room due to sensory issues. The room had loud strange water noises that happened almost every ten minutes and were really loud and sounded like someone was trying to get in your room when they first start which is really unsettling when you are on your own. The sink was dirty (see photo) with just a tiny effort with a wipe to clean it shows how easy it would be to have got it right. When I arrived at the hotel, I was clearly using a cane and whilst I hadn't booked an accessible room as I generally don't need them, was amazed that for a superior room it had a shower over a bath which isn't easy to climb into with my disability! Just not impressed by a hotel chain that's meant to have such a good

Fantastic location, very quiet and well soundproofed rooms, wonderful friendly staff, very clean, bright and modern rooms. Rooms had bath tubs which were great!
