Grand, wouldn’t write home about it

The staff were lovely

Heating/air conditioning didn’t work. Initial room received had a disabled toilet. The shower seat wouldn’t stay up so couldn’t take a shower. Once room was changed had a room where shower was possible. Although standing in the bath with the exceptionally low ceiling and tiny panel between the bath and rest of the bathroom made the shower a challenge. Really while the bedroom is premium, the bathroom was not.

Exceeded our expectations and would definitely recommend

Good location near railway station Danny at checkin was very good and gave a good impression right away. Room and amenities excellent Staff friendly Superb choice at breakfast

A little confusion in the bar when the lights switched off and staff started clearing tables and hoovering then disappeared with no information that we could still get a drink as guests.

One of my top 3 hoteles that I have been in

I love the breakfast but I would like to see strawberries and pineapple, but I would say to put more snaks and water on the rooms.

Everything was good, but I would say that it would be good to see slepers in the room.

My favourite Birmingham hotel!

Nice staff at reception (thank you, Mina). Going the extra mile. Comfortable quiet room/bed (stayed on 10th floor). Ample parking under hotel. Breakfast very good. Very close to all entertainment venues.

Minimal roomservice after 2200 hrs, but brought our own snacks/drinks. Parking a tad expensive @ £21 for an overnight stay. View from rooms now obscured by high rise buildings.

Excellent and outstanding staff

The staff were outstanding especially at breakfast! With all the hotels I have stayed at you couldn't not get better staff. Was outstanding. I never leave reviews but this is the reason why because it really was exceptional

Good hotel for families

The room was spacious. The staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of food catering for all dietary requirements and it was kid friendly.

The designated car park spaces for crown plaza were not easy to find. That took some time to find as we came into the car park.

Clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was amazing, a lovely selection of everything you could want.

Air conditioning was noisy and no one available behind the bar when we got back. We were told it was 24 hr bar.

Lovely stay

The staff were excellent, could not do more for you, reception especially, and the young lady in restaurant, at the front desk.. Great customer services very friendly.

The only thing was the room we first had on the 2nd floor was right at the end it was a little dusty and a few crumbs on carpet we were near the stairwell.. And it was so noisy, because of the trains and people bashing the door to stairway, so had a bad sleep. We were moved to 5th floor, but this time 2 doors away from end still a little noisy.. But the room next to ours were the worst they were talking so loud from 11.30pm till 1.30am... Apart from that excellent hotel.. Jordon on reception was really genuine and took our complaint seriously.

I have stayed in this hotel several times and am happy with everything Clean,friendly staff ,good food and good location

Lovely comfy hotel in great location, with fantastic breakfast!

Great location and 2 double beds in a room was perfect! Breakfast was really good also!
